Totally a rubbish seller in my opinion. I think the cars he sells are too costly and almost ready to scrap cars. My garage mechanic found there is a steering column problem which costed me so much. This seller did not tell me that there is a problem. I highly recommend to avoid this guy. They are not trust worthy. Please be aware of these guys.

I was looking for a Citroen C4 and i noticed one on the front forecourt at 1st autos in Norwich. once i arrived was greeted by the salesman who was more than happy to assist myself in looking for the c4 once taking for test drive the spanner light popped up and it states service which was assured it will be serviced before collect the car the salesman also said that it will come with 12months mot. and warranty. he was polite helpful and i decided to buy the c4 after a couple of days i got a phone call to say the car was ready so i collected the car and checked it all over it had been serviced and it did come with 12 months mot since having the car for only a few weeks its been lovely no issues with it i highly recommend 1st autos to anyone.

I previously brought a seat alhambra which was very happy for 1 year wanted to downsize as family got smaller so went back to 1st autos to part exchange the seat for a Vw Touran 2008 model. app-on arrival was politely greeted by salesman who was more than happy to take my car as a part exchange for the touran which the touran drove very well it came with a full service and 12 months mot and they were also giving away free warranty which in the brochure it covers everything on a car which must of cost the delership loads but we got it for free i am very happy with there service they are still great to this day the touran is a lovely csar no problems and i will recommend them to anyone

Just Brought an audi a4 estate from 1st autos on arrival was politely greeted by the salesman who was interested in what we were looking for and not trying to sell us anything we noticed the a4 and it was the car me and my partner were looking for so the salesman show us around the car and looked inside once i started it up i noticed there was a spanner on the dash and a warning light the salesman assured me that it will be serviced and mot which he kept to his word because when i collected the car it had been serviced and mot and all the faults were repaired also since having the car it had a minor issue which i taken back to 1st autos and they fixed the issue without any hassle or problems. I have been in this trade for years and 1st autos are one of the best companies ive brought a car off for years as well. i highly recommend this company to anyone who ask the salesman was polite kind and helpful and the aftercare team were as well.

Brought A Ford Focus of 1st autos the salesman was polite and helpful and after a couple of days i noticed a issue with the focus which i took back to the dealership and they fixed the issue with no hassle at no extra cost really happy with your service guys keep up the good work

I brought my car Ford Fiesta, advertised As 4 good tyres, 3 months warrenty, full service history, yeah right I'll never buy from these again, I took my car to a garage me and the family use, for a once over, within 15 mins it was found that 2 front tyres were illegal, both front stocks had gone, and my tracking had completely broken, also other problems if I'd of read these reviews before I would of never of brought it and I have decided to take my car to the garage to be fixed not by these who shouldn't have a business, if I had put my 8 month old son in that car we would of had an accident as one of he tyres were through to the thread!! Avoid at all cost and I'm now left with a £400 bill.

Exactly the same as all other reviews on this place how trading standards has not been contacted is a joke and I will be doing exactly this!! I have been sold a faulty motor which came with three months warranty And now being told I have only one month! The car has broken down every day since I have had it and it has been bk to the seller when the part was replaced but it was never replaced he the change his mind after going bk when broke down again and told me it had been cleaned, he tried to rip me off on giving the car bk to him and another costing an extra £600 but wanting to charge me £1300 what a fucking joke! I have now been left with a broken car and £3250 out of pocket I will not be letting this go........

I have to agree with the other reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Was sold a dodgy car for far to much money. They promise you the moon when you get there and deliver only problems.
