How this dealership has not been closed down is a mystery. They sold me a dodgy car and refused to do anything about it. I bought a car from them last year, advertised as a full service history and in perfect working order. Within a week, it wouldn't even start. I called them and they were rude and dismissive, they said they fixed the car and then it broke a day later. They said there was nothing wrong with it. I had a real mechanic look at it and they said there were a number of problems with the vehicle. I asked for a refund, they refused. They asked me to visit a garage where they had sent the car, the dodgiest garage you'll ever see. There is definitely nothing not quite legal going on with this company. I would avoid them at all costs. The people who work there are rude and aggressive. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I HAD ONLY PROBLEMS WITH THEM!! They are not serious people! They sold me a broken car after saying they are selling the car in good working condition! If I saw these reviews before I bought the car then maybe I wouldn't buy it in the first place. Be careful people before you buy from 1st Autos Ltd in Norwich.

This garage needs to be avoided. I was sold a car that was advertised as having full service history, 4good tyres, clear hpi check and 3 months warranty. I soon noticed the car had issues and took it to a reputable garage. Turns out it had serous issues with steering column and exhaust, an illegal tyre and it had been repaired following a previous accident. The hpi check was not clear and the car was under security watch, garage were suRprised I had not been pulled over by the police. 3 month warranty was mysteriously changed to 1 month after purchase. Garage took a lot of persuading to fix the car, refused a refund and 3 days later car was returned in same broken state. This was ongoing for a month, manager refused to speak to me and when he eventually did he was rude, dismissive and even laughed at me. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

this dealer is a complete rip off merchant .stiffed me on trade in .then didnt want to carry out repairs to my new car .even stating we cant do much its just an old banger at the end of the day. didnt or wouldnt give me the slip to send off to dvla telling me my car was going to auction the next day so no pointand that they would take care of it , three months later a fine in the post for me as the car was still under my name and my old car was on their forcourt for more money than the car i had purchased and trade in . three members of staff all trying to tell me different things and blame each other for mistakes.and no offer to help with fine costs. please please avoid at all costs
