I decided to go with this car dealer because of the empathetic approach to my situation. I was nervous because I just passed my test and wanted everything to be perfect…..and it was! The sales team are efficient and friendly and the after service was spot on! I was kept up to date with the process of an MOT and I can honestly say that I will be doing business with this company again in the future! Thanks to all the team at First Car Shop!

Arranged to pay and pick up a car that I liked and travelled from Cumbria to Liverpool Sunday night. My Son and me was met by Stuart Hodges to look round the car. When it came to do a bank transfer I was informed that there was a limit of £1000 in any 24 hours. I started to panic and asked Stuart if he would the car r me and I would come back with the money after going to my bank Monday morning. Stuart said don't worry I looked trustworthy and I could take the car and do a bank transfer in the morning. Not many people would trust a complete stranger like that. A true gentleman.

We bought a black volvo from Stuart 9 months ago. Can't fault his customer service. The car has been great and when we did think there was a fault very recently he was quick to offer his help and look at the car for us. Highly recommended 5* !!!

Thankyoou stu Realy looked after me buying this car lovely friendly man couldn't have done enough to help me out . We had a slight issue with the car but was sorted and fixed with in 24 hours stu was very helpful and again couldn't of done enough to help would highly recommend taking a look at the cars he has to offer I'm sure you will not be disappointed and lots of help from stu Thankyou
I bought the Vehicle from Stuart a few weeks back, as I needed a new car as and my Mr's was expecting our firstborn and needed a good family car. The Nissan is great to drive, and I am delighted with the service and value for money.
