I px,d a ford focus sti with faulty key I told him this yet when I received my jaguar 8pm it was dark the alloys destroyed 380 to refurb,only one key 510 from jag as broken,no fuel he gave me 82.00,no oil was dry on dipstick,no 360 check,car smoking he is non compliant I have spoke to auto trader,and trading standards just waiting for there instructions.

I bought toyota prius 2017 model from 3x motors at very good price and im so happy and satisfied since one year i have this , as my personal experience i would say one of the best motor cars showroom in luton.
I brought a BMW 5GT for £8,500 from the crooks in March 2023 and reading the reviews, looks like i'm not the only one who was sold a car not fit for sales. On arriving (they knew when I would be visiting), the car had not even been prepared and failed to start as tank was empty (so I was told). After waiting 90 minutes for fuel to arrive and the car starting, I went for a test drive, during which I was told to keep the tank at least a quarter full and thought no more of it. Left and filled up on the way home to north norfolk, believing has made the right descision (having had a 5GT before) arrived home delighted with the car. Short to be loved eight days later car to standstill at 1.30 am in the morning in the norfolk country side. Failed to start and called the RAC, luckily enough I was close to home and Norfolk Police ran me home. Finally when car was recovered to local dealer with the RAC finding numerous faults after diagnostiocs, discovered the fuel tank had previsuly been removed, refitted incorrects and damaged elctrical wiring. Warranty Company took two week to even come back to me, duuring which time I told 3x motors to refund me or I would inform the warrantyn company to car was sold with the fault. Then advised my claim had been cancelled as 3x Motors had cancelled the warranty. After legal threats, they agreed to take the car back and fix it and had it for nearly three week, came back with no faults fixed as it broke down again soon after picking it up. In two months I had no more than two weeks use. My local garage did a quick fix which I paid as 3x refused to remiburse me along with hire car costs and RAC callouts, I was over £1,800 out of pocket. Luckily enough, at the end of May, some youngster not paying attention, drove into the back of me and six weeks after the accident, the car was written off, though the rear bumpter was dented, with the car failing to start again and BMW quoting over £6,000 to fix the mechanical issues. Also discovered the car had been clocked by 40,000 miles I wrote and told 3X Motors and asked them to considere part reimburing my losses, but unsurprisingly never received a reply. WORST EXPERIENCE IN FORTY YEARS OF BUYING CARS STAY CLEAR
Honestly the worst experience, i paid 4,000 for a car that looked to be in good condition, at the time of me viewing the car there was nothing unusual i was happy with the way it ran. A week later i put a deposit down which was a reasonable amount of 350 and then a delivery fee of 50. The company kept on changing the dates of the delivery so i lost out of money being home from work so a week later after putting a deposit down i finally received the vehicle. I had this car for about 2 weeks an then suddenly the engine management light came on so i spent £100 on getting it checked the mechanic i took it too said that all the warning lights came up on the dash board and it will cost more to fix then the car did to buy the mechanic suggested that the place i brought it from reset the lights so they wont show. I was hoping that wasn't the case but when i called the 3x motors and explained the situation he laughed at me and said he will call me back. He never called me back so i kept calling all week i kept being told the manager will call me but they never did, weeks later i insisted i have a full refund as im in the 30 days of purchase the company offered to fix the car but i lost trust in then and demanded a full refund. I returned the car two weeks ago which i drove 45 mins in a dangerous car, 3x motors didnt even offer or ask if its safe. After two weeks of returning tge car i have only received my refund today 15/04/23 after they said it will take 7working days for the miney to reach my account. i had to keep messaging and calling the company for my refund, when they sent me my refund it had 180 missing so when i asked why this is 3x motors said for the inconvenience which is funny because the only person who experience the inconvenience was me, i have reported this company to trade and standards and the radio station is really keen to have me in there podcast as no one wants this to happen to anyone else

your not alone, they ripped me off earlier in the year, at one stage even cancelling my warranty without telling me, as i threatend to tell the warranrty company, the car i brought was not fit for sale, four months of emailing, even took the car back at one stage to fix all faults, non of which were fixed, the worst experince ever of buying a car, complete cowboys, stay clear anyone reading this
