Absolutely awful place – STAY WELL CLEAR. They claim to be part of the aa dealer promise – call the AA and ask – it’s fake! Their warranty’s are fake and when more daughters car had an issue and we discovered the warranty was fake the guy laughed at us on the phone and told us to “report him and stop calling this number” We will be going down the legal route, but do yourself a favour and stay away from this bunch of dodgy cowboys.

Bought a vehicle there beginning of the month. Checked all the documents and there was no service record. They said that they had the car serviced prior to putting it on sale. There was no Satnav DVD when I wanted to put my destination and when I asked they said they were not aware. I rang them after a week regarding the log book, whether its been sent to DVLA yet as I wanted to put a private plate on it. They said they have but nothing up to now. One of the staff said it was done online and it will be with me in the next 2 days. Its been over 2 weeks now and nothing.

Like the title says avoid avoid and avoid again! They sell faulty cars claim to have fixed them only to have bodged said fix or not done anything at all apart from reset the warning. They had the car back to fix issues that were present on the car when i bought it... didnt fix the issues then when i went back to them they refused claiming wear and tear! Never answer the phone or emails! just really a poor company all round! Car returned back at earliest opportunity.

This dealership is great, first of all the staff were very friendly and approachable, I was suprise on how many cars they had in stock and all in great condition with all of the paperwork to back it up. After looking at the cars I did some research and found out that the deal they gave me was great and was the extras that were available was great as-well. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and happy with their service from 3X Motors.

We bought my son’s first car from 3x Motors. We paid to have it delivered & all arrived promptly. A few days in once insurance sorted we went to take out for a drive & wouldn’t start. Wouldn’t start from jump leads so called garage. They came out promptly to us- about 15 miles away- and got car started. We had inadvertently left inside light on which had drained battery. Thankyou for the great service.

Bought a car from 3X motors in november 2018. had to change car as it was a Subaru that struggled to reach 80mph i went to the Next pile of rubbish in his lot and in january the thing blew up turbo went and completley DEAL. Lets take a trip back through £months of hell Start with the roof stopped working after 2 weeks (hard top convertable). he had it in for 2.5 weeks in which the roof needed doing the airbag light was on coolant sensor warning came on sold with illegal tyres had to replace Put Tyres to big Rubbed on inside arches STOLE my fuel whist in there had his mate using car stereo MY stereo to play music and make phone call through when collected only the roof was fixed and extra large tyres ..and a Stereo phonebook on stereo full of asian names and nothing else was fixed. pested them to get fixed and just kept longing it out only lasted 6 weeks then loads of rattling.. tried to fob me of with its the clutch .. not covered by warranty .. well its was it was turbo and it went bang . sent it back trying to get out of contract. the dirty scumbag has now claimed repair costs and usage totalling £600 for 1500 miles and re pair 2 weeks after i bought it. Using dealer and consumer rights in his favor to in esssance to rob people blind.

Bought Mercedes E Class from 3x Motors with FSH and warranty . Within an hour the ecu light was on and I now have to undertake £2500 worth of work . The warranty has so many exclusions it is worthless .

I'd recommend asking 3x Motors to be explicit about the condition of the car BEFORE going to see it. I spent half a Saturday and half a tank of fuel to view a car that looked lovely in the pictures but had a devastating slip on the clutch. For a brief moment I doubted it would make it through the test drive. Of course they offered to get it fixed next working day but it seemed a slightly shambolic approach to selling a car. Lots of stock to choose from though and they were happy to see me very quickly.

I am 17 years old and brought my first car from 3x motors ltd. I have only had the car for 1 month and have already paid £1,000 in repairs for it. They said they had fully serviced the car and that it was running properly. This was not true as my mechanic told me it hasn’t been serviced. The brakes were worn out which I was not told. I had to get new brake pads, new handbrake, new cambelt, new fan belt etc. Do not buy from here. I shall be claiming a civil action against this company.
