Van has had to be returned to 4 Front Car Sales in West Sussex three times within four weeks, I have now requested a refund after speaking to Citizens Advice Bureau and seeking legal action. 4 front legal service has notified me that ' Vehicle was written into a contract with almost £1,000 warranty' Vehicle collected on 8th June, then taken back three times, by the 3rd July, still broken, leaking roof, water tank leaking and a broken tap and driver's side window would not go up or down. Exhaust was not renewed as stated on the initial purchase contract. On collection on 8th June, heatshield had been cut away from the centre box of the exhaust to disguise the fact. Advised to bring back the following week at my convenience when a part was available, the van returned, wrong part ordered, not advised, no van, no money, no customer service. Now being threatened with payment of £40 per day storage costs , no one will help, no van, no money. Awful!!!

Went look at a Discovery 4. Attitude was keen and test drive ok. Salesman was a little bit old school for my liking. Have now been waiting for a PX price on my car. Having chased twice still no price. To keep it balanced, my car does have some front end damage which may not make it so appealing. If that is the case then all the salesman needed to do was be upfront. So on the whole, poor customer service.
