Staff seems rude and unprofessional. They advertised a car online. I drove 33 mins to have a look. When entered, wasn't greeted and was told to come back in 5 mins... Only to be told the car wasn't here... Horrible, horrible "service" if you can call it that. I'm surprise they make a living from this.

I bought a car the in June last year and it had a tyre pressure fault in the first day which was reported to them and they had a look at first until they discovered it was the module at fault .since then they’ve made excuses that they couldn’t get the part and almost a year later they still haven’t repaired the fault even though they know my MOT is in 3 weeks and it will fail with the fault. Furthermore when I’ve contacted them I’ve been spoken to with total disrespect. Terrible company if something goes wrong. Avoid. I would rate the 0 but not possible

Gavin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and able to answer any questions. Stunning car exactly as described, priced reasonably and a very good deal with part exchange on my car. Was able to arrange to view and test drive at a time convenient for me. Relaxed atmosphere and definitely a stress free and personal service. Absolutely no issues and overall an excellent buying experience. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this dealer again.

I was looking to change my car for something different but wasn’t sure what i really wanted. After speaking to Gavin and listening to his excellent knowledge of different cars i become torn between an Audi or a BMW. After many test drives on both cars i decided on the Audi. Gavin was very professional patient and helpful i would definitely recommend Gavin if you are looking for cars. I absolutely love my car and wouldn’t hesitate going back to Gavin.
