Francis at 5th Gear was excellent throughout, he was friendly, helpful and the sale went nice and smoothly, I couldn't of asked for more really. I only had to take the car back once for a minor fault and they fixed it right away. Very professional and well worth recommending.

I was a pretty easy sell for 5th Gear Car Sales Ltd to be honest, I knew what I wanted which was a Ford Fiesta and on arrival it was exactly as they said it would be so basically it was an open and shut deal. The customer service was great nice and hassle free. I would deal with them again if the right car was available at this dealership.

I bought my van from 5th Gear a month ago. The van was and it is still in superb condition has not any hidden problems drives very well. They have excellent customer care, kept me updated and everything happaned as they promised. I am thinking of buy a car so I have no hesitation to use 5th Gear again. Strongly recommended!
I am going to be completely honest about my experience with this car dealership. There were a few issues I have identified since purchasing the car. When I was told the car would be ready in a few days it actually ended up being delayed by a few further days. The service light was on and the dealer knew about it and told me to ignore it, probably an electrical fault they said but they should have fixed it I now feel. The warranty I had was for 1 month or up to 1000 miles (whichever came first), Now I am a few months down the line and i'm having to take it back into a garage because the steering went. I really dont think I would recommend them based on my experience.

Very happy with the service i received at 5th Gear Car Sales. Staff were very helpful, when i went to put the car on the trailer they came out and helped me strap it down. Small issue with the stereo was fixed immediately and paid for by the dealer, quick and responsive. Good all round.

I would have given 5th Gear Car Sales 10 out of 10 if possible. When we got the car home we noticed a light bulb was not working. The car was taken back and the light bulb was replaced straight away
