A terrible experience, nothing but problems with my purchase from 786 Performance however on a more positive note I believe they are now shut down for the way they treated their customers which is just as well as they sold cars with dangerous defects and didn't care!

Bought a Fiat 500 from 786 Performance after seeing it online and I spoke to them over the phone and was told car was in perfect running order and was clean. The arranged delivery for a fee which I was happy to pay. Was told that the car would come with warranty and full valet. When the car arrived it was very dirty in the inside it had not been cleaned in about 6 months and the handbrake did not work. I contacted 786 via email and they apologised and offered to pay for a full valet and for the repairs to the car if i arranged it. I was able to clean myself and when I got a local garage to fix the handbrake there was several problems with the brakes and the total bill was over £300. I contacted 786 with a copy of the bll which I had to pay and they promised they would get in touch with their warrant company and get back to me. I am still waiting despite several emails to them I have heard nothing. I will try again this week and if there is no joy I will be seeking legal advice.

You are not alone believe me! Unfortunately I also purchased a car from this dodgy dealer in the same way as you and my experience was nothing but trouble. Firstly the car I purchased was clearly not as described in the advert but more concerning and alarming was the fact it should not have passed the years MOT which was issued at the time of purchase. I immediately complained to the dealer and also made the DVSA aware and when my car was examined it was found to have a number of dangerous defects and therefore totally unroadworthy. To this day I have had no form of redress from the dealer and don't expect any! They clearly knew what they were doing and didn't care continuing to sell potentially dangerous cars!
Had lots of problems with my car from 786 Performance. Was sold with full service history but Mazda have confirmed only 5 services over 9 years. 2k miles I've done and needed 2 oild & filter changes, new battery, boot opens by itself, faulty tyre pressure system, dpf issues, the list goes on.

I bought a Range Rover Sport from 786 Performance in Edinburgh which I liked on their website. I paid for it over the phone and they said they can deliver it which was perfect as I was 250 miles away. When I arrived, it looked much better in person, extactly as described. Great professional service, very happy with my new car :-)

I don’t believe you are a genuine customer as this company has been closed down because they ripped off many people by selling broken cars and didn’t take any responsibility after the sale.. They were horrible people ..
Bought a Renault Megane from this dealer ship was welcomed with a warm welcome and had absolutely no problems with the car really trusted dealer and a friendly face.

Just bought my new mercedes E220 from 786 performance , cant fault them , they even dropped the car of to my work for me and the car was well detailed valeted just as i like it. much recommended and will buy again in the future :)

I just bought a car from these guys and got it delivered to LOndon the second it was taken off the track I was told by the delivery guy there was a break leakage hence breaks don't work and he made a note to the delivery paper. Then I got it recovered by a garage and shockingly we found out the truth . The car was completely useless as it was covered in rust internally and even garage couldn't believe it passed the MOT , well clearly it is doggy MOT .. I had been talking to 786 Performance, first they said they will cover the cost for the repair then when they saw the quote for repair they turned extremely nasty and rude. I will never ever buy anything fro these as once you bought it they refuse to take it back even though you have every legal rights to send it back , they say even I took the car all the way to Scotland they won't pay my money back.. please everyone before you do any business with these think twice as they even blocked my phone they can't even bother to talk to me , but of course I will report every organisation I can also try to get a lawyer and sue them as I have the footage from the garage to show how bad condition this car is in and it can't be taken into the road without the necessary repairs the cost for it is 1486 and I only bought the car for 2595 .
