Buying a new family car can be stressful or worrying, but thankfully we’ve had a great experience. We live over 300 miles away, car delivered and we couldn’t be happier! Service was fab, communication was fast and easy, and after care was exceptional. Not to mention the car - is perfect! Thank you!

Started off when I dropped my car off, I was not offered a lift to the train station or the use of a courtesy car ( they are obviously for service customers who probably have newer cars than me) then I dropped the car in Thursday afternoon because they wanted it from cold Friday morning, it was then 4 o clock Friday afternoon I got a call from them with the diag results, which I can say were also disappointing, they said they did not know exactly what was wrong, but to replace the turbo first as a first fix then it may be something else, I could have guessed this myself without the pleasure of paying them £96. I took it to them because they were supposed to be experts but I could have got the same advise at any garage. As stated before I think if my car had been 2020 I think it would have been different. Would I go back to them, a definite No !

Saw car online booked to view it. When there the staff were really helpful, left us to view inside car without any pressure. When we decided purchase the car they made the process simple and clear
