Came down to the Sheffield branch to look at a car . Brilliant service from start to finish from Joe and staff. Went through finance , had a test drive and ended up purchasing the car. Fantastic customer service. Delivered within three days . Would recommend to everyone.

I saw a car on Auto trader. I messaged the seller (German Auto-centre) and I had a reply Instantly. Joe spoke me through the whole process, and had all the paperwork and delivery date sent over to me within the day ! Delivery was only 4 days later. I was nervous about buying online, so Joe FaceTimed me and gave me a tour of the car and put my mind at ease. The car has arrived in perfect condition, and spotless inside. The only dirt on the outside was from the 3 hour delivery journey. The car arrived by 9am !!! Fantastic service, I highly recommend German Auto Centre and Joe !!

Professional throughout. Was initially dealt with by Wade who arranged my viewings and was very thorough. Joe processed the sale, was regularly in touch and explained everything perfectly and professionally. Also had help from a lovely lady named Mel with regards to DVLA. Fantastic place would recommend.
Can’t fault our experience with German Autocentre. Cars were in immaculate condition before we did our test drive and then our chosen car being valeted as we came to pick up that Saturday. Quick, easy and personable selling process wrapped up in no time. Far from the experience we had had at a larger more well known dealership the previous weekend. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a 2020 Audi q2 here just before the new year and was surprised at the ease of the buying process and the level of service I received. As someone who hates the car buying market having had bad experiences in the past, I was nervous but everything was very easy and everyone I encountered at German auto centre was helpful and nice to deal with. The car was delivered directly to my home on New Year’s Eve and I couldn’t be happier with it. Thanks Wade and the wider team.

I am so impressed dealing with Wade and the company when purchasing my new vehicle. I purchased the car without viewing in person and I am so glad I did - all the preparation German Autocentre have done before selling the vehicle, has made the car look brand new! Fair price given for my second hand vehicle and turned around so quickly with me picking up my new car 2 days later. Should I be looking for a different car in the future, I would 100% buy again from German Autocentre!

I bought my VW Sharan from German Autocentres a few months ago. I was really pleased with the openness and honesty of the sales staff. They were a million miles from the "del boy used car salesman " type . The whole operation was extremely polished and professional. Just when it was going so well I got the car home and was disappointed that a few features I expected to be present were missing. I took this up with the dealer expecting some sort of fob off and turning it into a fault on my part. How wrong was I. The Director, Wade, was brilliant. It transpired VW were at fault. Wade has bent over backwards to correct these issues, and done so out of his own pocket. What more can you ask for. This organization and the people within it are excellent and I can't recommend them highly enough. Buy from them with confidence.

Very friendly staff, not pushy sales people, nice office atmosphere, From start to finish, Joe, who I dealt with really knew what he was doing, answered questions on the car I was interested in with ease making my purchase plain sailing all the way through, from going out of his way to collect me from the station when test driving it and at the end gifting an Autocentre teddy for my Grandson and making sure there was plenty of petrol to drive myself home, they went above and beyond, would highly recommend!
