I'm really happy with service provided by Jason and the team at German Autocentre. I live 200 miles from their office so was buying the car based on a video and Q+As over whatsApp. The communication was first class and when I travelled up to collect the car I was greeted with a friendly service from the whole team. The car was exactly as described, well prepared to a high spec. I highly recommend this business.

Rob helped me get my new car and wow what a service. He made it easy and straight forward as I've never had finance before. They delivered my car, I was kept in the loop with dates, times ect. They also included 2 teddy's for my children in the back seats which I thought was an adorable touch! I also LOVE my new car which is a bonus. Great service. They are about 3 hours from me but would definitely use again. No pushy sales and genuinely such a lovely team.
