I couldn't be happier with my experience of purchasing my car with German Autocentre, From start to finish, everything was spot on. I first contacted the dealership via the website messaging service. I received a response straight away and the lady was polite and helpful. I asked for someone to please give me a ring and I didn't have to wait long. Joe called me and arranged for me to view the vehicle at my request. He was friendly, courteous and went out of his way to get the car on site within a few hours. When I arrived, Wade looked after me, inviting me to take a test drive and talking me through some of the car's features. I was a bit nervous because the car was bigger than the one I'm used to driving but Wade made me feel really comfortable with his calm, patient manner. At no point during my experience with any of the staff did I feel at all pressurised. When we got back to the premises, I'd decided that I definitely wanted to go ahead with the purchase, having already researched the vehicle and now seeing this one so well presented. The atmosphere in the office was relaxed and welcoming. Steve went through the next part with me and was also fantastic. I asked him if I would be able to drive the car away that afternoon and he said he would do his best.....what he did was go above and beyond, efficiently going through the credit application, chasing each stage up on the phone and getting all the documentation sorted out for me. He made sure that I understood everything and knowledgeably answered any queries that I had. I honestly couldn't have asked for better. Even the toilet was spotlessly clean! This company clearly has customer service at the forefront of their mind and everyone there works together as a team to provide excellent service. Anyone who is nervous about making a car purchase or who has had a bad experience elsewhere should get in touch with these guys. I really cant praise them highly enough.
