Great after sales service, fantastic company to buy a used car from. Resolved all issues, even a few months later. Having bought from them previously, it is reassuring that they have managed continue with the same high level of customer care, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

i bought the car on a Saturday, I took it for a test drive around the estate but was told not to go on the main road as it had no tax ,it was clean and looked great but as we nt out on the dual carriageway it pumped out black smoke , I was a bit worried but made it home I spoke to them the next day and was took to blast it as it just needs a good run. I did that and it was terrible I got up to 70 miles an hour and it was shaking all over the place ,scary. then as I was near home it cut out dead on me and pulled me across to the other lane into traffic, luckily It was clear. that was the final straw, I told them that I would be returning it and argued my case eventually getting the agreement cancelled. I warned them how dangerous it was, and it was on sale again on the website the next day .... what does that tell you

So I bought my car on Saturday, the next day I relised a few things wrong with it mainly the window on driver side wouldn’t go down. When I called to say something about the window the salesman anton said yes we are aware the window doesn’t work. So I explained and showed him the advert they posted and it says window in full functioning order. Clearly that’s false advertising. I explained to anton that I’m a law student and what they’re doing is against the law. Now at this point knowing that I’ve been lied to I said I would like a full refund as I don’t want the car anymore. I returned the car the next day but anton said he would have to deduct £250 from the price meaning I won’t get a full refund. Now I said I paid 2000 for the car not 1750 after going back and forth I managed to get a refund but I believe that is only because I showed them I kno the law. Basically I feel like this dealership is conning customers they know nothing about consumer rights and try and charge customers any amount they see fit. If your looking for a new car I’d advise to go elsewhere

Bought a car from A & A Car Sales and broke down on way home. The car was returned and they had it for 1 week. After collection it did drive better and did not breakdown but was still down on power. Again this was returned and this time money refunded as salesman stated that car was beyond economical repair. I have just noticed that the car is back on there web site again For Sale. Have they fixed the Turbo? Would I buy from them again...................................I'd rather use public transport
