Bought a Renault Laguna back last year in November and started having issues with the car. At first the car brake light wasn't working after it has rained, looked like someone had tried repairing the middle brake light but it was still leaking inside it. Then had issues with the car shaking at 50mph or more. Never noticed it before as the test drive was only allowed around the industrial estate, barely doing 20mph. Had to get my wheels balanced and the guy said that he's never seen wheels so imbalanced and the amount of weights needed was 3/4 times the normal amount. The power steering then had a leak, but getting parts would only come from France and took over a month to arrive. This was adviced from a Renault specialist. This took the car off the road for a very long time. Then for the worst of it all, the battery! The battery warning was always coming on but I just assumed it was because it was sitting there and just needed charging. The garage I use near me showed me the issue. It was melting at the connection points and is a huge fire risk. They wouldn't even let me drive it home as they were so worried. Contacted a and a about my issues and they weren't interested. No compensation, no apology. They asked me to drive it to them and they could repair it but it wasn't under warranty even after 31 days. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My experience was lovely. After going to 3 other dealerships and dealing with impatient and rude men,finally i came to the A & A Car Sales. They answered all my questions and worked with me financially. The very next day I came to work and the car wouldn't start. I called and owner came to my job personally to see what was wrong. Fortunately it was just the battery. They gave me a jump start and asked me to bring the car in after work and installed a brand new one. Excellent experience! I am pleased to say I have found a A & A Car Sales dealership that I will use again for my next purchase!!! Excellent customer service!

I was able to get my application done over the phone as well as email him all the required documentation.
