Went to ALM Garages this morning. Car was £6240. Josh offered me low price on mine (£400 lower than I had already been offered). I said no thank you. I had already been there 40 mins cos he kept excusing himself and going away. I got up to leave and there was no thank you for considering Hyundai etc. He just sat there. No response from him at all. Just sat like a petulant child. About 4 minutes later I got call from Sales Manager. Somebody must have told him it did not go well. He kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to Josh. He was not and get his side of story - but never asked for my side of story not interested. Offered to reduce price of car. I was not interested cos he did not want my side of story and gave me no confidence in any future sales service. . Very unprofessional and even the Manager who said he was concerned was not interested in what I had to say. He thought price reduction would solve the problem - It didn't.

Purchased a Hyundai from ALM Garages, hard work dealing with the sales staff, not the best, I was always chasing things, still waiting for the service book.

I drove down from Aberdeen to purchase an i20,from ALM in Macclesfield..The entire process was flawless. The deal was very competitive.The car was prepared to a very high standard.My dealings with Nick and Alan were very cordial and efficient. 10 out of 10 - keep up the very good work!

I bought a brand new i10. Three months after purchase I had to return it to have rust dealt with! Two years on the whole car is rust ridden including brake discs which were dangerous. Dealer denies dealing with initial rust and has ignored my attempt at getting them to inspect the brakes. Dishonest, unreliable, deceitful and plain rude. Never have I come across such deplorable service or poor quality vehicle.

DECEITFUL,DISHONEST and DEPLORABLE and not very willing to sort out any problems caused by themselves. Unhelpful and obstructive staff,a managing director that tries to intimidate by yelling down the phone.

I agreed a price for a used Hyundai i10 on 27th Feb, left a deposit and signed contract. I paid the full amount on 2nd March and was due to collect the car on 3rd March but received a very short email stating that the car was going to cost £500 to correct brake issues so they could not sell it to me at the price agreed, even though we had a signed agreement. Not good practice in my opinion.
