I bought a Hyundai i10 about 3 years ago now. The whole process was really smooth and easy and the dealers were very helpful. The car served me really well and then about a year later they called me and asked me if I wanted to part exchange it for a brand new one and it turned out that my monthly payment wouldn't that much higher so I took them up on their offer and I now have a brand new one which Is brilliant. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I agreed a price for a used Hyundai i10 on 27th Feb, left a deposit and signed contract. I paid the full amount on 2nd March and was due to collect the car on 3rd March but received a very short email stating that the car was going to cost £500 to correct brake issues so they could not sell it to me at the price agreed, even though we had a signed agreement. Not good practice in my opinion.
