I bought a Mercedes from this dealership last month and a few days into driving the car, the engine light came up. Took it to my local garage only to be told the head gasket has gone. Called A&N within 2 weeks of buying the car only to be told that there is no warranty and they can’t do anything about it. I never ever write bad reviews because I don’t think it’s nice to hurt business but honestly these guys are really scamming people by selling them faulty cars. It’s been such a nuisance and my car has been sat on my road for the last month and I’m still waiting to get it repaired. Not sure how much it’s going to be but I’m stuck with a big chunk of money just sitting on my road which is so heartbreaking. I had read bad reviews here before buying the car but also saw a few good ones so thought to take a chance, but im seriously regretting my decision now. I would only buy a car from here if you’re a mechanic and know what you’re doing because honestly it sounds like most of the cars they sell are faulty and unsafe to drive. Very disappointed in them!!

Booked in to see a car and booked an appointment, we drove over two hours and only when we got to this awful place did they happen to mention that they actually sold the car before we got there!!! No one called us or messaged us to let us know and they did nothing whilst they knew we were travelling. I run a customer service company and let me tell you this company doesn’t know the slightest thing about it and don’t care about customers at all!! AVOID

Ripped off simple no warranty when sold is illegal no returns is illegal was spares or repairs but asking the company and also asking when they dropped it off did the car drive okay? Never once said that it had problems with it dangerous on £1000 in repairs and still could be other things wrong with it. Try before you buy obviously wouldn’t let me return it. i’m not a mechanic why would I buy something that needs repairing then? No advisories on the MOT and as I said never once told me that didn’t drive
I found an advertisement for a car in perfect condition, without categories of accidents and nuances, I ordered an inspector who saw some nuances related to the headlight and mirror, but upon arrival I was shocked by how poorly the body was made; the bumper was replaced; it was glued with silicone; the seat was torn; this was not in the advertisement and in the correspondence it was said that the interior was in perfect condition, there was a lot of work on the body that was not mentioned, the steering rack was worn out and made a whistle, it doesn’t say anything about it, plus they have a workshop there where they make these cars, I’m thinking of buying here unsafe!
Bought a SUV of this guy only to suffer a huge amount of stress and anxiety after he Delivered the vehicle to find out it had a major failure in the drive train took the car back said it was repaired but it was apparent it was still the same the car was inspected by another garage but found to be unsafe after a long list of text messages his warranty and after sales is not worthy of what it says keep clear of this motor company he’s a dodgy dealer

Hi, what car was this? Because I’ve had the same problem with the Chevrolet Captiva doesn’t even drive and I’m up to £1000 already and repairs and all they’ve offered me is £250 back. What a bloody headache.

I have taken a volvo car from this company and the gear box showed up fault in 3 months. They never stand with the promise they make. They make fake promises on purchase. After sale they don't pick the call or give the documents promised.

AWFUL!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY 8 WEEKS AGO AND CAME TO NEARLY 1K IN REPAIRS. THE COMPANY REFUSED TO COVER THE COST ONLY COVER NOT EVEN HALF OF IT! THEY ARE LIARS STAY AWAY!!!!! HAD ELECTRICAL ISSUES WITH VEHICLE AND I COULD HAVE DIED DRIVING IT. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY WRITE THEM THEMSELVES
