I was purchasing for my wife and wanted to trade in a vehicle ,it was important to get a deal done before the 350 mile trip.Sent photos and car details,an offer was made and accepted.Paid the deposit and arranged collection..Balance to be paid on the day.No issues whatsoever.Excellent customer service. It requires a certain level of trust when making a deal over the phone and online when so far away.Serkan and his team made it easy.In summary I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of customer service .They made the sales process for buying and selling a car.very simple.A good honest reliable garage which I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

I bought a Audi A2 1.4 Sport from A&S recently. The car was inspected and was noticed a small crack in the timing belt, so the mechanics changed that plus the tensioners, waterpump and alternator. Any problems when they check the car is repaired before selling. Serkan and Neil were exceptional in selling the car, they told me the work they have done on the car,they did all of the paperwork including doing the roàdtax for me, Serkan and Neil are both passionate about the cars they sell, they are car enthusiasts and they will give you all of the information about the car that you are buying, and they go out of their way to help you with your purchase. A friend of mine bought a car from A&S Motor UK, and that he found it sitting in a barn, nothing but trouble from day one, been back several times for the same fault only to told well it could be this or it could be that, until recently my friend thought he’d got his car at a fair price, turns out serkan paid just under 2000 for the car and sold it to my friend for nearly 7000 , I’m all for making a profit but that to me is just daylight robbery, so would not recommend this garage to anyone.

What a great experience we had from Serkan and his cousin at A & S Motors who were busy cleaning a car when we arrived. We looked at the car we had seen on the website and that Serkan had held for us (with no holding fee!!) until the roads were clear of snow and we were able to travel to Manchester from Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The trip was well worth making, their friendliness, efficiency, expertise and the fact that they did not push any vehicle onto us was a great relief. Having visited some of the larger car supermarkets over the years where they send you a video of what they call 'YOUR' car is a massive 'put off' for us especially when we had only sat in a car to see how much room there is!! However, we test drove the car at A & S Motors, taxed and paid for it all on line with Serkan showing us what to do, insured it over the phone and drove it home, couldn't have been easier. Although the 'write up' said Leather upholstery and Cruise control, which it didn't have, Serkan knocked money off the price to allow for the fact that the car did not have either. He informed us that should we need tyres or anything for the car in the future he would be able to get what we needed at a good price and delivered to us. We have both been driving for many years and have never been to a car sales establishment and been able to drive the car home straight away, fully taxed, insured and with a current MOT. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and both Serkan and his cousin's CARING natures. We were not treated as 'just another customer' and we would strongly recommend going there or at least phoning when you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle.
