I purchased my vehicle in July 2023. I received great service from the sales chap, Andy was very helpful and made me feel at ease. There was no pressure when I went to view, I was left to look around the vehicle etc unhindered. Test drive was arrange as soon as it was requested. Once I'd agreed to purchase, the car was put through an MOT and given a service in a timely manner. The car was valeted, which was excellent btw, the valeter really knows his/her stuff. All in all a great service, cant fault them so far.
So I purchased a Seat Leon FR (KU65JAO) from this garage on 14/2, it has been the most awful experience of my life. After 2 days the car was losing coolant, granted the garage did take the car back and take it to their mate down the road to fix, they apparently changed 3 pipes. I did have to carry on using the car filling the coolant up before every drive as I have children and a job to go to, I also had plans to see family so I did put miles on the car granted but the problem happened two days after driving away from the garage. I was then told by the finance company after an inspection not to drive the car as the head gasket had gone… so this car then sat on my drive for 2 months while the garage decided that I had done this in the 2 days I had driven the car!! I then refused the car and advised the finance company to take it back as the garage refused me to take it to my own garage to get repaired as I fully did not trust them anymore. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The trouble I had with them was ridiculous, they also refused to provide invoices to prove the work they said had been carried out actually did. Complete bunch of cow boys! Hopefully no one purchases the seat that’s currently on sale without proof the head gasket has been done!!

Kirsty, You have to be the most bizarre customer that we have ever come across and so we will say it as it is! You purchased the vehicle before even seeing any pictures of it and rushed us to get it ready for you. Your partner is a "mechanic" and after 2 days of ownership complained that it was losing water. We didn't pap you off and send you to the warranty provider but instead tested the vehicle at which point we found the expansion bottle to be at fault so we replaced it and had you back on the road the same day but suggested that you keep an eye on it. We gave you the vehicle back rather than us keeping it to test to avoid any interruptions with your day to day life. You then complained 2 days later again that it was losing water so this time we booked it into an independent garage that offers exceptional expertise specifically on VW/SEAT etc where upon very close inspection found a pin prick hole in a pipe that connects to the water bottle. We ordered the pipe directly from the main dealer along with a couple of others just to be safe and the garage fitted them. Whilst they were in the process of doing the repairs, you complained to both the finance provider and to trading standards. Why you would do this is still baffling to us. At this stage we weren't sure what we had done wrong? You purchased a vehicle that unfortunately after a couple of days went wrong, you contacted us and we attempted to repair!?? During the whole time we had the vehicle in for repair you were nasty and pushed everyone to have the vehicle ready. In hindsight we should have ignored your request and held onto it for us to conduct further tests but instead offered the vehicle back to you for you to test it which we thought was a good thing (to avoid disruption of your day to day life). All of the above was done within days, not weeks like most other garages (if at all). There was an independent report made for your vehicle that made a suggestion that the head gasket had failed. We have taken delivery back of the vehicle and can assure anyone reading this that this isn't the case and even if it was, it would be repaired! You rejected our help and we said that you can use a garage of your choice but it would be the warranty company that would handle your repair, something that you rejected which proved our concerns about you/your partner. You had continued to use the vehicle doing in excess of 1000 miles after the independent report had explicitly told you not to use it! You have said to avoid us and that we are " cow boys". How on earth have you come to that conclusion!!? Because something went wrong on your vehicle and we attempted to fix it? Your statement is laughable but ridiculous. Never have we had a customer that has been so unappreciative. You have put our honesty and integrity into question, something that as per the reviews on Google and Autotrader back-up, we are renowned for! We always tell customers that if things have gone wrong then to contact us and that we will help them regardless. We also want to build relationships with our clients and wish for this more than the sale itself. Any one of our previous customers are welcome back to us but where you are concerned, we wish never to hear from you again. We are left disgusted!

Having called in a few days ago, we arranged a test drive for this morning. Arrived a few minutes before the appointment to see someone else taking the car out. They bought it so we were left outside for 45 minutes while they were deciding! A complete waste of our time so we would advise you to avoid in case the same happens to you. And remember if you have an appointment, they will not honour it.

Excellent service from A T Car Sales, I was understandably apprehensive about purchasing a car online during lockdown but the whole process was flawless. The customer service I received from my enquiry to sale completion was both outstanding and informative and I am thrilled with my new car. After looking at several cars I appreciated the sales team being upfront, honest, friendly and not at all pushy. The service was above and beyond what I expected and the aftercare I have been assured of is brilliant. Cannot recommend enough and I would certainly buy from A T Car sales again when purchasing another vehicle.

I have bought two cars from this dealership over the past four years & have been extremely happy with both cars. The sales team are always happy to help to make sure you get the right car to suit your needs. They have been ultra reliable cars which I have had serviced regularly & they have never let me down. I will carry on using them for any further cars I need in the future if they have the car in stock I need.
I bought a ford fiesta ST 07 back in 2011 when at the old premises, well priced cars and friendly service, had to give up the 3 month warranty in negotiations to get the car for the price I wanted, Andy put 4 new tyres on for me which was decent as the ones on were running low. kept the car for 3 years and other than a gem module failure a long time after purchase the car was great and reliable. I would buy again and I have recommended him to family and friends at times, although on one occasion I went back to view an Astra VXR with my brother in law and Andy would not let him test drive it for some reason, found this off putting as I had already bought from him previously, he took us out instead, a shame really as my brother in law was a genuine buyer and ended up going elsewhere because of this.
Car seemed fine at first but soon realised How much was wrong with it. Bought a 06 zafira ended up replacing brakes clutch had to service it after being told it got serviced but it never had to do cambelt after being told it was done before i bought the car not good at all stay clear or take a mechanic with you to completely check any vehicle bought there.

As with all cars sold by A.T Car Sales they are sent to an independent government approved testing station and are sold with a new mot and are serviced, should there be any advisories on the mot if they are related to the brakes or tyres then they would be renewed as well. All I can say is that the customer must have gone to somewhere like kwik fit and been given bad information just to get money from customer, something that we have seen them do on numerous occasions, (how else can they make a profit ) there's no Benefit to A.T Car Sales by allowing cars to leave with issues,
I found A T Car Sales Corby in January when I was looking to a new car. The staff here were very helpful towards me which meant that I ended up buying the car that I went to view. I have not had any problems with my Renault Clio since I took it from A T Car sales so i would be happy to recommend this car dealership to other people.
