I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in June. The wheel was making a funny noise which sounded like a loose baring which has turned out to be a worn tyre which the dealership will not replace. Not happy, would not recommend.

I have just purchased a Ford Focus from A1 Carriages Car Sales and I am happy with it, there were a few wee scuffs on it but no real damage. It was a good, fair price and the only issue is a slight noise but we in currently in the process of having it booked in for them to have a look.

I bought a clio from this dealership in may. The service was of a very high standard and the car is wonderful. There was an initial issue with the MOT certificate but this has all been sorted now as they re did the MOT. I can't fault the car or the dealership and i would recommend them.

Drove up from Sevenoaks to buy a car, as website looked OK and prices reasonable. I was looking for an automatic and was told by "salesman" to go and find what I wanted by wiping away rain from windscreens to read details on each car. I started to work my way round and thought that if that's any indication of service, I wouldn't bother. I did go back to reception where the two salesmen were (in the dry) and told him that I wouldn't be bothering, the response was not very customer friendly. If they can't make an effort before you buy a car I'm sure they won't afterwards. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
I was very happy with the service from A1 Carriages, when they MOT'd the car pre sale they found the tyres were low tread so they wanted to fit new ones, this pushed the pick up date back a day but showed me they were trustworthy. The car has been perfect and they were good lads, I'd recommend them.

I bought this car a month ago and within a week and a bit, the speedometer broke. When I was buying the car the guy said it would be serviced and MOT'd but that can't have been the case since the speedometer stopped working so quickly and the abs light occurred while it was being fixed. They fixed it within a week but the problem has now happened again. I wouldn't trust A1 Carriages again.
They were busy so I had to wait a little while but when they were ready they were so patient and helpful. They helped me find the right car and even came down a little on the price to fit my budget. It's nice to buy a car and not having a salesman giving you the hard sell.

Absolutely disgraceful experience at A1 Carriages Ltd. I was insulted by offer of part exchange within minutes of entering premises. Would advise give this dealer a miss based on my experience.
I can tell you that I am happy with my experience having purchased a car from A1 Carriages Ltd. I would recommend this dealership to a friend no problem at all.
