I had seen a c43 at A1 Ortos whilst driving past and it looked amazing. Couple of days later went in looked at the car and bought it. I had few issues with finance side of things which I wanted to change the boss Paul had helped me sort that out. Hopefully that is sorted. Luke was helpful, Dilon was very supportive and tried getting things sorted as quick as possible. Special shout out to the boss Paul who went the extra mile and promised me that everything has been sorted with the finace and it is the way you want it. Thanks Paul for the gift much appreciated it.

I bought a car from A1 Ortos a while back and have never gotten around to tell reviewers my story. So i went to buy a car with my parents so as we was doing the deal the trader which i think is Jay asked me where lived and i told him i live with my parents and within a second he shuck his head in disgrace at the fact that i still lived with my parents. Well the fact of the matter was at the time i was going through an injury which had made me to return home to have help with every day things. So in hindsight i would NOT recommend this dealer as the service provided was poor and very rude. Luckily the car i bought was ok but they did hide some imperfections in the paint work like a big stone chip on the bonnet and a big paint flak or stone chip on the side rear panel hid very well with polish etc.. So i have not been back since and i know of another situation in where they had some work done on a few cars with a mate of mine and it turned out that A1 Ortos didn't pay him for the work he did. But it got handled and i will it at that. Very dishonest car dealer and would not recommend. STAY AWAY.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. It was very warm outside, and I had a panic attack. They helped me calm down. They then talked me through the finance packet. Deal done. Mark & Jay were great. Thank you lads.

A1 Ortos let you wander round, don't pester you, look at vehicles as much as you wish, thought my trade in vehicle was worth a bit more than I got, Jay was very helpful and tried to get me a better deal, happy with purchase , although I need a bigger garage, also make a good brew, Thanks again for all your efforts,Jay.

Do not touch a1 ortos, they tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. Based on my experience they will take your money and not fulfill anything they say. I would not recommend them at all.

I advised A1 Ortos I would collect the car on Wednesday after the funds were transferred on Tuesday. Travelled from Scotland to collect. Took car for test drive, computer advised oil low and rear brakes only 3000 left. Advised that it had had a service, I doubt that very much. Rejected the car, they took ten days to return the funds. I would avoid this company very poor service.

I purchased my new car from A1 Ortos and the whole process couldn't have gone better. I mainly dealt with Jay who was very professional, I couldn't fault the service one bit. I will certainly be buying my next car from these guys.
