I would recommend A1 Ortos. They have an impressive range of quality cars to suit all budgets. We travelled 250 miles to view a Ford S Max. I was highly impressed with the car which was prepared to a very high standard. Decided right away to purchase the vehicle. Collected the car a fortnight later and dealt with both Tony and Marc who were very helpful and professional. Could not fault the car on the long drive home and so far no problems.

Great service and very helpful. Ask for extra number plate for my caravan and trailer to which they obliged free of charge. dont worry about your deposit that you put down its safe. I would recommend to friends and family. The VW Tiguan runs and drive like new and myself and my wife are very pleased with the vehicle.

I made an offer to A1 Ortos on a car, in fairness they called back pretty quick. The person who called me, spoke down to me and made it out that I knew nothing about cars (I understate how he talked to me). What they offered changed (first offer £1500, then second offer £1600). I would avoid these people, they will try pressure you into buying. I will never use them now personally.

I recently purchased a £18000 car from A1 Ortos, I initially went had a look and liked the car then agreed a deal with my car as a trade in £2750 for my car. The dealer looked around my car and drove it to check that everything was fine. I returned home 80 miles and transferred the balance via bank transfer then returned a few days later to collect my new car. On arrival the salesman took my old cars keys from me instantly to "check my car in", They then kept me waiting for one and a half hours using numerous excuses then to inform me that my car had numerous faults including the engine management light on the dash was illuminated and that the car would have to be repaired and that I was to foot the bill in excess of £500. I explained that I had drove over 80 miles to get there and that there was NO faults showing on the car. This seemed to me that this is a well orchestrated attempt to manipulate more money out of me and I felt that this was not the first time that this has happened. I asked for my money and my old car back but they were saying that this would break the deal and that I would loose my deposit £1000, Not the fact that they had broke the deal by demanding more money from me than was was agreed. And then the £99 administration fee !!!
