Absolutely incredible service and being a man of my word I am leaving a review on here as I am OVERJOYED I did not take notice of the negative feedback on this page, It seems some other companies are jealous! Bought my new BMW 2 weeks ago and could not fault 1 member of the team, answered all of my questions and just as they described car wasn't new but was in cracking condition! Got myself a 6 month warranty to take where I want, which helps being from London, however car not skipped a beat! PLEASE take a look at this place yourself and make your own mind up and the internet is a dangerous place full of faceless trolls!

I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with my new car, very simple straight forward process! Such a friendly team, a massive thank you to Dilan especially! I part exchanged my car which was an easy enough process, very happy with the valet on the car, all the little bits i asked to be sorted were done! I would highly recommend the company to anyone wanting a new car!

Recently bought a car from A1 Ortos, the buying experience wasn't the best and the after sales service was most definitely the worst!
The car came with issues which only came exposed themselves on my journey back north. These issues were reported to the salesman as soon as I got home and here I am now 2 weeks later still in discussion, going over the same old ground and getting mugged off.
Tread carefully if you are considering a car from this garage.

I came to view a RS3 2016, liked it asked for a price on my car I wanted 15k was told they will only give me £13,500 due a discrepancy in service book, I accepted in the end, on the day of exchange of cars I arrived home and realised the car had a few issues, also my wife had look on the website to see if the car I PX was live, to our amazement it was at £20, 995 but reduced to just below 20k and a saving of over 1k I found that a bit of kick in teeth, also to say it had saving aswell was also a further kick in the teeth, it had only been live for a few hour hmmmm!
The following day I called and mention about the issues the car was booked in and 3 out the 4 jobs solved (so I thought) the other job..a burning smell was told it will go away on its own, unfortunately it didn't and one of the other jobs they said they solved, started to happen again..in the mean time a valve on my exhust started to rattle in a certain mode..the rattle is still present to date, and also the all the brakes and discs need to be replaced at 2k for brakes and 1k for the rear back box because the valve cannot be sorted..I think its absolutely disgusting you cant even be bothered to reply to my emails after spending just over 35k for the car. Warranty company have told me the dont cover mechanical parts in the exhaust system, even tho you sold it me and said it covered all mechanical and electrical. 3k this car needs spending on it so...my advice to anyone buying from here is take a professional with you to check over with a fine tooth comb before parting with your hard earn money. Dilan I'm also still waiting for the £95 after emailing you the receipt but I guess that's not going to happen..just like I'm still waiting to hear back about the the other things.
Buyers be cautious.

Absolutely amazing customer service, Dilan went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase of my T-Roc! It was my first time financing a car and he made sure to take his time explaining absolutely everything to me. I can confidently say I will be back when I want a new one. One very happy customer!

Had a really good experience with A1 Ortos when I bought my car from them last week.
It is all ways a stressful experience when buying a car, but I have to say Luke was brilliant and very patient. Luke went out of is way to make sure we had the right experience from sorting out all the paperwork and contacting me at home a couple of days later to make sure the car was ok.
I am really happy with the car and would definitely use A1 Ortos again.
