Me and my partner travelled down from newcastle 24 hours after reserving a car ..we were told the car was just as it had been advitised and the it would have a new 12 month mot and service ..upon arriving we were greeting by our salesman luke..lovely warm welcome asked how are journey was and offered we refreshment..which we gladly excepted..love and be hold he stuck to his words the car was there waiting for we to view it ...everything luke had said about the car was just as he had said in fact it was better ..it was immaculate we were left to look over her alone no BS like what he had experienced from other car deals sales staff ..luke made we feel so relaxed and at ease .very professional and polit. And yes we purchased our car a took it bk to newcastle ..fanatics dealership we will definitely be back in the future ..

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Was FIRST CLASS from start to finish. First phoned up and spoke to Luke who was more than happy to answer all my question on the car and to be straight when he didn’t know something he was sure to find it out for me even took the time when asked to send a video which I thought was fantastic. He wasn’t pushy over the phone or even came across as a salesman just a genuine chap happy to help. We had done chats about my part exchange hit a deal done and then was asked I would like to reserve the car which I thought was a great idea as I was a good 5 hours away. We sorted out a day for me to come up and look at the car. When I got there a gent called jay was stood near the door and soon to greet me and said he would look after me. We went on a test drive and as luke said on the phone it drove amazing! It was a really refreshing experience that I had with this dealership as I’ve been to places before and been felt hounded and pressured. Jay was very helpful and sorted all the paper work out for me making sure I understood everting even helped with taxing it. All the team seemed really nice with people saying hello and making sure I was being looked after. Even had another young chap can’t remember his name but was kind enough to make me a cup of tea and was always asking if I wanted a refill. I can’t say enough what a BREATH OF FRESH AIR this place is. My faith in a good honest dealer is well and truly restore. Just bought a Range Rover Evoque from this company and I could not speak more highly about the service I received. I found the car on the internet and so I had to travel 200 miles to collect the car. Luke who I dealt with could not have been more helpful. I did not leave the dealership until 6pm and had a five hour journey home true to his word Luke phoned me the next morning to check I had got home safely and had had no problems with the car. I would certainly recommend this company who I am sure will give you a great deal on your new car.

My first time dealing with A1 Ortos, great service, friendly staff. and managed to get a great deal on a Q3 from them :) a bit of a mixup with something for the car but a quick phonecall to Luke and he managed to locate it and put it to one side from me - you never know, I may be back with a bigger budget next time :D
