I bought a fantastic ford kuga vignale from A1ortos . The price was out of this world . I had fantastic correspondence with the staff . I had a very nice sales man called Dilan . from walking in i received a nice cup of tea and was treated like a king . Dilan helped me threw the whole process and kept me well informed . Nothing was to much for this young man .
I know next time I need a car A1ortos will be my first call . 5* company and 5* sales .

Purchased a Mercedes A Class AMG and boy what a motor - everything that I was looking for and much more. The only thing matching the quality of this motor was the service provided by Luke Morton who went way above and beyond to ensure we were 100% satisfied. No pushy salesman, browsed the show room without feeling we were being watched and drove away with a 3 year old Mercedes, in a brand new condition. I cannot praise Luke and the A1 Ortos team enough for the pleasant hassle free experience I had this week, but most importantly the quality and professionalism they provided. A1 Ortos will be the first port of call when my family and I are next on the look out for a new car. And what a show room they have.

Worst dealership - buyers beware dont waste your hard earned money in giving profits to these theives. there are good dealers whom you can trust. most of the cars are faulty taken from some auction or having a minor accident which does not relfect in HPI or other reports. Buy these cars cheaply..wash and clean them, and then sell and make profits. if by luck they run ok, then its buyers luck. else buyers will be ripped off like me. a hard lesson learnt for me spending so much money. . so others beware. also take the car a long test drive and also see it in day light and confirm all items that comes along with the car

Had a great experience with A1Ortos. Luke was really helpful throughout the purchase and kept in constant touch to keep us updated. Little niggles with the car were sorted with no effort (on my part). Had the car a month now and have delayed reviews as some mentioned post sales service wasn't great, I can honestly say the customer service from Luke is still excellent with an issue moving the private plate being dealt with quickly. Will look at returning when I'm due to swap cars again 😁

I have just bought a Bentley Continental GT W12 from Jay, he was very professional from the onset, with nothing too much trouble. Providing a walk around video detailing the cars specifications to the point. The service he and Paul provided when we collected the vehicle was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble to explain any of the cars features. What a car it is, absolutely immaculate both inside and out and a dream to drive! A fair price was given to me for my trade in and the sale went through simply with no issues. I will recommend A1 Ortos and will definitely be dealing with them in the future should I be looking to change any other vehicles. Thanks Jay & Paul for a dream car!!!!

Once again a star 6th car bought from a1 and won’t buy any where else again. I’ve owned 35 cars in my time and the team at a1 is fantastic luke what a guy great time for you always and on hand to help. Smashing young lad at a1 dilan one for the future I would say very pleasant young lad and loves his cars
Mark on the finance team 100% really knows his stuff and takes the the time to explain all the terms of your contract with you. Paul the owner what a top bloke feel like after buying a few cars of him we get on great and really bother is a problem to a1 highly recommended by self smashing set of lads and a great atmosphere in the show room hope to see you guys soon even it’s just to nip and and check out the new stock they have some really smart stuff in the showroom. Once again thanks guys for a pleasant transition as you soon
