Bought a Saab from A1 Vehicle Remarketing on 20/09/2019. Got home back in Cornwall only to find that a warning light problem was caused by the fact that their was no catalytic converter fitted on the car. It was only mot’d the day before I bought it. Mr Y Ramzan the owner / salesman does not want to know. Asked for full refund. Not interested. The car is illegal with high emissions. I have contacted Trading Standards. Do not deal with this con man.

Bought a car from A1 Vehicle Remarketing. Photos clearly show a ventilation grille on the front. Missing when car arrived. Very poor at answering emails. Said they would source one from breakers and post. Didn't know what had happened to original. Also had to buy replacement lens cover rear as taped up. Ended up buying new grille at a cost of £80. Wouldn't recommend to anyone as no assistance at all.

I saw an advertisement for a car but wasn't sure where they were as in the same as said Stoke on Trent, the other said Birmingham. So I called and spoke to a guy at A1 Vehicle Remarketing called Nick, who said that they were based in Stoke. This was on a Wednesday and had arranged to view the car the following Saturday, as I was in London and paid £100 deposit to secure the car on till I arrived. So I drove from London to Stoke on Trent to be told that the car was being repaired as they had found faults and engine problems etc... Which turned out to be BS!!! This guy Nick, said they had two more of the same vehicles but was in their depot in "Birmingham"?? And said as it's on my way back to London I can check the cars out and if I don't like will refund my money. To cut a long story short, one of the cars was sold and the other a wreck and wouldn't touch if was the last car around.. So for over a week now I've been calling A1 in Stoke on Trent and the rudeness of Nick and his side man Adam, is appalling obnoxious, condescending and totally out of order refusing to refund my money, saying I'm acting like it's a £million. Unbelievable!!!! Stay away from these guys!!! You've been warned

I bought a Peugeot 108 2014 with 16k on the clock as cat N accident "REPAIRED" from A1 Vehicle Remarketing. The car lasted 10 days did 388 miles engine overheated. Towed to independent ford dealer garage (cost £300) they inform me either engine block cracked or head gasket gone. I contacted A1 vehicle and stated that under consumer rights goods should be " fit for purpose" " of satisfactory quality" and " last a reasonable amount of time" there legal pre court department ( yes you read that right) stated that the problem did not exist when they sold me the car there for not there problem. now I am in the process of a small claims case as any vehicle you buy has an automatic warranty of 30 days A1 does not understand the concept of consumer rights. A1 believe it or not you can buy something in perfect working order but if it breaks for no reason, it is not the customs fault and we have a legal right to by goods of satisfactory quality that don't break down after 10 days. ask yourself would you be happy to spend £3000 on a car that last 388 miles? I honestly don't know how you sleep at night. but justice is coming.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM A1 VEHICLE REMARKETING. VERY DODGY AND DISHONEST. THEY NEED SHUTTING DOWN FOR GOOD. THEY TRADE AS STOKE ON TRENT CLEARANCE CENTRE BIRMINGHAM TRADE CENTRE. AVOID ALL.
No matter how desperate you need a car don't go near A1 Vehicle Remarketing. It goes under a number of names. Bought a Peugeot 308 from them. It ran for three days then the engine management light came on. AA negotiated for us as we got no satisfactory outcome but the AA had to pull out also as they took the dealers promise away from them. Had to tick one star to proceed with this review but in our opinion does not deserve any stars.

Sold me a dangerous car. Refused a refund after only 2 days! Said sold as seen. Went on for months and months i took him to court and won. At first he was saying he would come and inspect the car before he gives me my money back as he said it has been on the drive for a year and will have extra damage! The cheek of him! Well the judge never ordered me to give the car back and i think KHALID was aware of this. So he never paid up. I instructed the high court sheriffs to pay him some visits and he even wormed his way out of that by apparently proving the cars on his site are ones under another company name not the A1 vehicle remarketing who i won a CCJ against. Selling dangerous cars. Please people do not buy off this family.

We got a car from this garage in March and needless to say it was a dangerous car. Our garage said we were lucky not to have had an accident getting home. Weve paid £500 in repairs to get the car out of our garage. A1Vehicle remarketing ltd/ Birmingham clearance car sales or whatever name they are going under Just kept saying what did we expect and have not been helpful at all. Have not recieved V5 document yet.

Keeps changing company names to avoid paying compensation. Absolutely sick of this. In November I put a deposit on an A3 from A1 Vehicle Remarketing out of trust from this company when it was trading as Birmingham car clearance centre, When we came back I brought a friend to go over it, had many hidden problems which would deem it dangerous to drive inc the most obvious play in the steering. I was told will get refunded within 24 hrs. but when I kept calling his staff kept saying manager is not here and nothing we can do because you've signed the invoice saying deposit is non refundable......after getting sick of his bullishness I called trading standards as I did pay 500 deposit thinking I'm taking it. Still nothing happened as he changed company names by then. In the end after many threats of small claims court he gave me 250 back, that's 250 I lost in one day..

Sold a car to my daughter that the Mot inspector said is dangerous. Refused to refund. We won small claims case He refused to pay back. We instructed the Recovery Sherrif. He said he had no money and all his stock doesn't belong to him. I've handed his accounts to the Sherrif. They will be back. No matter what happens I will send the file to his creditors and advertisers. Surely they dont wish to be complicit in what is clearly a business making profit from deception.
