STAY AWAY FROM A1 VEHICLE REMARKETING. Whilst studying at Birmingham Uni last year i needed a reliable motor. Seen a attractive ad from this company for a Corsa, who at the time were trading under a different name, and as expected have been changing names ever since so not to get complaints and prosecution from court! Car caused me lots of problems within 2 days. They weren't interested and said ive signed a trade agreement which now gives me no rights!!!! for months had been fobbed around. and in the end only when i said will be taking em to the small claims court he gave me £1100 back, £700 less than what i originally paid. Wish i had never went there. Be aware there now trading as west Midlands Trade Cars, before were Birmingham Clearance Car Centre and real company behind them is this A1 vehicle Remarketing Ltd!! 286 Yardley Road, yardley, Birmingham, B25 8LT, after reading all the bad reviews no wonder so many different guises name changes and still being able to sell cars . Yet another different name as their website: http://birminghamclearancecarcentre.co.uk/

I bought an Audi A7 from here around 6 months ago and I am happy with everything so far! I have had no issues with it at all and the car was a really good price. The dealers were helpful and friendly and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a good quality used car.

Having read many bad reviews on various sites about A1 Vehicle Remarketing and apparently many company name changes, which now trading as West Midlands Trade Cars on Auto Trader. they had advertised a lovely Audi with low mileage, its a lot of money so i asked for a copy of there sales invoice to be emailed before hand and explained due to many bad reviews im just being precautious . He refused and hung up on me.

IF YOU ARE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY READ THE SALES INVOICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS! You will be shocked! Firstly im very confused. Can admin or someone please clarify what is the real name of this company? Its registered as A1 Vehicle Remarketing Ltd but trading under various different names; Car Clearance Centre Birmingham or is it West Midlands Trade Cars as i had seen on there AutoTrader add? My Review: Although the salesman was polite and even offered me coffee and didnt seem pushy, The Problem was the Sales invoice stated im signing to confirm im purchasing a un-roadworthy vehicle and then a list of faults were written by the salesman, who quite frankly looked like some absconding college lad. As a cautious buyer {yup, have been stung in the past} it was a bloody Good job i chose to read before i singed. So If you do buy from this garage DONT AGREE TO SIGN until you understand what your signing as you wont have any rights if car develops a fault. Salman.

Went to see a Civic at A1 Vehicle Remarketing Ltd's premises in the Yardley area. Advert looked good and i was assured over the phone it has no issues and at that its a bargain for £2495.. Upon inspection the handbrake was not fully working, oil was clearly leaking from engine bay and engine sensor warning light was on.. But the salesman still insisted these were minor issues as car was cheap. As i was walking off he called me and said i can have it for a straight 2000 cash if i sign an agreement to say im a trade buyer. Confused as to what he meant i queried further as ive bought cars in the past too from the trade forecourts but never heard of them saying i can have a discount on condition i sign a agreement to say a Car trader!!! Yes lol this was crazy!! Anyhow out of curiosity i read the leaflet this man showed me from some company called 'The Car Dealer Club Ltd'. Unless you want to make a false declaration by agreeing you are a TRADE CAR BUYER in which case HMRC will also need to be informed and you will be basically buying a car with absolute ZERO CONSUMER RIGHTS if anything was to go wrong. Trading Standards have also been informed of this new scam.

I bought a Peugeot 107 from here in September. The car was very nice and in great condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all! The staff were lovely and I do not have any complaints at all. I would happily recommend this dealership.

Purchased A Mercedes from A1 Vehicle Remarketing and had it inspected by 3rd party garage which revealed several faults some of which was dangerous. The seller refused me a refund under consumer rights act. A1 Vehicle Remarketing offered to do repairs but unfortunately they was not done to a satisfactory standard. DVLA then inspected the car and said it was unroadworthy. They are still refusing refund. now the courts are involved. STAY AWAY. Dont say you have not been warned.

Trading as North South Car Clearance Centre 164 Spring Hill B18 7BS I will not recommend this company at all. Car was faulty during test drive and with huge oil leak but still tried selling it.. despite assuring me over the phone it perfect

Bought a car with a multitude of problems that included that put both me and my family in danger. These included but were not limited to- • Wrong (mismatching size) size wheels • Faulty/dangerous breaks • Faulty/dangerous rear suspension • Faulty ABS • Faulty Traction control system • Faulty Speedometer, petrol gauge and instruments at high speed (40-50mph) Company was no help at all have resorted to small claims court against them. Do not use this company! so far costs are at about £900 on repairs to myself.

A1 Vehicle Remarketing is the worst garage I've ever bought a car from. In my opinion they are a very dodgy place who are over priced for poor quality cars. They never sent the log book to me, beware... don't say I never warned you.
