Service since buying the car has been dreadful. There were a couple of issues which I asked about and they said they would fix it. I wasn't expecting them to fix it but they said they would. Nearly 2 months later I'm still waiting!! Alan have never emailed me and I only got one call back where Alan left a vague voicemail saying "I'm just waiting for a courtesy car really". Absolutely shocking and so rude. They give you this RAC cover but I don't think they expect anyone to use it. As I say I've been waiting 2 months for them to help me so I've only got 1 month left on the warranty. Don't tell someone you're going to fix their car if you're not actually going to follow through with it!! Overall fine to get a car but I feel they've treated me different because I'm a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars and the service since buying the car has been appalling. Would not recommend to a friend.

I paid for an AA inspection on a vehicle I purchased, but the AA were unable to complete the road test as the battery negative terminal was loose and arcing and deemed unsafe. I raised this with A30 Car Sales and the response from their 'director' Phil was quite shocking he took no responsibility for the car leaving his garage like that Just to confirm part of an AA inspections is not to correct any faults (anyone in the business should know this) The car was serviced at A30 Car Sales 2 days prior so they shouldn't have let it leave like that!! Phil attitude was disgusting in my opinion and would not recommend this garage based on this.

Saw the car on the Monday and it had been prepared and ready for collection with all the paperwork completed by the Friday. Used part ex of old car and given good price. QA30 Cars Sales of Hook were quick, easy, hassle free and great to do business with.

It's an average dealership like many others. Cars prices are inflated, so you're paying a bit more than what websites are saying you should be paying at dealerships. Friendly enough service. You can go for a test drive to see if it's the car you want. The price you see is the fixed price you'll pay. Trade in your old car and expect to get the minimal price for it. Quick and easy pick up if you do buy one.

Recently bought a car from A30 car sales (Tom), good price and good amount for px of my old car. The whole process was hassle and stress free, no pushy sales talk or crazy warranty sell and no dramas test driving. Car developed an issue a couple weeks later (not their fault) which they fixed without any hassle (even lent me a car for 24hrs while mine was being fixed!) - most car dealers simply don’t do that! . Totally professional company, would highly recommend and use again.

I was a bit nervous going to A30 car sales on my own, but Alan soon put me at ease...I brought a Peugeot 107, felt very comfortable having a test drive....Alan is the first car sales man I’ve met that wasn’t pushy, and that’s what I liked about him....Paper work went smoothly, all in all a very good service

Had a airbag light that was in permanently still after 1 week and rang them uo. Tom could not have been more helpful and the rest of the team were fantastic a courtesy car until my own car was returned less than 48 hours later. Would definitely recommend A30 Car Sales of Hook.

I purchased a car from A30 and was promised that any issues with the car would be resolved. Despite me leaving the car with them on many occasions the work is still outstanding after 6months of chasing them. They now say the car is out of warranty and won't resolve my issues despite them being raised after only 2-3 weeks of ownership. Stay clear!! They promise the earth to get you to buy but after sales service is non existent.
