Sold vehicle as having full service history and 12 months MOT. After delivery of vehicle both these things were untrue, refused to answer phone or email after receiving payment. Absolute crooks, avoid at all cost.
It's important to know your rights and any contact with these cowboys should be documented. The Which website gives templates that you can use and your local citizens advice can provide help if you are u sure. Start off with a letter stating the consumer credit act. Also put a call in to trading standards as these can help with getting the Police involved. Section 75 of the road traffic act states a car should be sold in roadworth condition, as this is a cri inal act don't be fobbed off by the Police advising its a civil issue. Section 75 of the credit consumer act can cover credit card transactions, however a charge back can be done on both debit and credit cards. If you paid by bank transfer then banks can still investigate and recourse if fraud has been committed. There are plenty of options available prior to caught but don't forget most car insurance policies have legal cover so this avenue can be pursued before going down the small claims court alone.

Apologies the first review had a few spelling mistakes. important to know your rights and any contact with these cowboys should be documented. The Which website gives templates that you can use and your local citizens advice can provide help if you are unsure. Start off with a letter stating the consumer credit act, giving them 30 days to refund. Also put a call in to trading standards as these can help with getting the Police involved. Section 75 of the road traffic act states a car should be sold in roadworthy condition, as this is a criminal act don't be fobbed off by the Police advising its a civil issue. Section 75 of the credit consumer act can cover credit card transactions, however a charge back can be done on both debit and credit cards. If you paid by bank transfer then banks can still investigate and recourse if fraud has been committed. There are plenty of options available prior to court action but don't forget most car insurance policies have legal cover so this avenue can be pursued before going down the small claims court alone. 1) use template on which site for consumer credit act 2) report to trading standards 3) Passed an MOT? Speak to Vosa to report the garage 4) Report them to police if a criminal act has gone ahead. Not refunded and taken vehicle or it was sold in unroadworthy condition (section 75 Road traffic) 5) use your legal cover on your car insurance or speak to citizens advice or learn from which website. Follow up with the rest as per email. Good luck
Girlfriends Son bought what he thought was his dream car. Was promised a 3 month warranty. Less then 3 months pass and the drive shaft went on the car. Called the dealership and was told its not part of the drive train. Ummmm.... YES IT IS!!! Then was told by Paul from the dealership who refused to give his last name, that the warranty was through Warrantywise. After a quick conversation with Warrantywise we were told the Drive Shaft is Warrantied BUT, they had no record of a warranty being registered. So another call to Shady Paul we will call him. Who now says they have their own warranty NOT through Warrantywise. And after a breif conversation of him trying to talk over everyone, he hung up. This is the worst customer service EVER. A joke of a company that do NOT live up to their word. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!! I wish we didn't have to click the ratings because a 1 star is to good for this company!!!

Bought a van from these charlatans on 8 th April 2021 !broke down as soon as it was delivered . Was advertised as no problems and good runner lol 😂. Loads of engine management lights came in and no radio as it was ripped out . Gad to start it by pumping diesel through manually through bleed valve every time to start it -They had the van back promised a full same day refund and have since blocked my number and are advertising it for sale even though officially it’s mine as I have paid in full for it and had no refund -yet they have the audacity to resell it and phone me up and tell me they’re not giving me my money back and told me to go to small claims if I wanted to try and get anything back -with the pathetic excuse of the fact that I left an honest review of them on autotrader that they didn’t want people to see 😂 although the refund has been promised to be given back to me every day since 14.04.21.they’ve made excuses for the lack of refund even tried blaming my bank although I checked with my bank and no transfers had been made from them as they continuously promised every day .Totally unprofessional set up , obnoxious and sanctimonious people to deal with ,that is when they actually answer the phone when you’ve had to call them off your friends number as they’ve blocked my number.so I have no work van and no refund . Do not buy anything off these clowns as they’ll take your money and run . I will not be giving up on retrieving what they owe me - save yourself the headache and stress because these clowns will (try) rip you off royally !the same van is being sold on their website and on autotrader it is a Vauxhall vivaro van 06 plate please don’t buy its not as described as I have found out £ 2060 later !

Matt Harrison in response to DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. FRAUDULENT.
Hi, I’ve just had a similar experience although the company I bought from with the same name was in Atherstone. Is this the same company? If so I’d love to chat as I’m trying to get a refund as we speak due to a dangerous vehicle and a dodgy MOT
Tony in response to DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. FRAUDULENT.
@Matt Harrison- The 2 companies are the same, they work out of a number of locations. You will see one is a trading arm of the other.
No aftercare. Still not received log book. Avoid.
