These guys are scammers, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM. It’s a scam company with unsafe cars, false documents, and illegal practices and they won’t refund you, it is a scam, save yourself the hassle and just buy elsewhere. Dealer will try and ignore you.

Malcolm totally misled me, I trusted him as I was a previous customer , the mileage turned out to be suspicious, I spent on the vehicle in the first 6 months over £1,400 , proper let down Malcolm, DVLA need to be informed to investigate further, as it could happen to other purchasers.

Sold me a dangerous car. Electrical problems, coil pack and spark plugs absolutely knackered, fuel sensor knackered, engine management always flashing.... but the car has just had a full service and MOT (clearly just wrote on paper and not actually done any work!!!!! Now im fighting with my finance company to either pay the repair bill or return the car to these cowboys!! Not even had the car a week!!! UPDATE... after speaking with trading standards who advised court action my service has been completed but the following faults were found from a very reputable mechanic: - Coolant leak - Engine Noise- ancillary fault - Exhaust Flexi is deteriorated -Air con compressor leak -Electrical problems But now there are even more faults with the car I am now proceeding with court action as per trading standards advice. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!! 2nd update!!!! My local mechanic thinks the car has been in an accident aswell!!!! Still nearly a £1000 of work that needs doing to make the car in a roadworthy condition!! 6 weeks of pure stress because of this car!! Asked to return it on many occasions but refused!! Trading standards are still investigating and court proceedings are still going forward until the car is in a fully road worthy condition!!

Poor quality Easy and straightforward until afew weeks later when the we need extensive repairs doing as the car isn’t safe to drive, money which I don’t have ! There not responding to me and not willing to refund or repair !

I had a 12.00 appointment to test drive an MG TF to be told “the car is out on test drive with an 11.20 appointment” I waited around until the car arrived back, nobody approached me asking if I wanted to have my test drive, I asked the chap who had just test driven the car if he would be purchasing the it and he said probably, still no one spoke to me, I waited around until the chap went into the office and sat down so I went in and asked the “salesman” is it sold and he said yes sorry, not happy, if they had informed me there was a previous test drive or rang me that morning I would have booked another day, also no one was warring face coverings. would NOT recommend.

A5 Automotive are vile people, very rude and intimidating. Cars with faults they say will fix but they never do. After 8 months of owning I scrapped it and cut my losses as the fault was electrical and I have kids. A5 said on multiple occasions they could not find the fault so I took it to a Renault dealer and the fault was clearly they at the first diagnostic. I was wanting to exercise my right to formally reject the vehicle but A5 would NOT take it back so was left with no choice but to deal with trading standards. Think carefully about where you buy from and do extensive research on the dealership you want to use. Not recommended at all
