This place is a joke I bought a car from them using a credit card they was meant to charge 2 %interest charge for paying with a credit card but charged me 5% the car its self was nearly 3000 . I have had nothing but problems with the car and later found out that they all stem from when the new turbo was fitted before I purchased it . I wasn't told it had a new turbo . When I sent a letter requesting they repair the car I heard nothing from them . My car is dangerous leaking emissions in to the car where my two young children have been traveling . I'm now stuck with a car I haven't been able to use for 6 month and still having to pay the credit card company as they voided my claim as it was my dad who used his credit card. I have no way of saving to repair my car as I'm paying a fortune out per month for it to sit out side my house . If I can offer advice to someone who was looking to buy a car I would say stay clear of these con artists I'm left in a right mess also they claimed a service would be done which the book hadn't been stamped to state this and when I broke down the aa attended as I couldn't get the car home they said the oil and filter hadn't been changed in some time . Stay well clear I no for sure I will be. lesson learned.

I had similar issues. You can go to the ombudsman and try and claim your money back there.
Bought a car from AS Automotive and it turned out the head gasket blown. The warranty company refused to pay for the repairs. The dealer bodged the repairs and it is still running bad now. I offered to return the vehicle and buy another one but they flatly refused. There are plenty of other reputable dealers in Tamworth. Please avoid.
