Firstly, Saf! What a top bloke. Very humble with superb knowledge of all his vehicles in the fleet, incredibly down to earth and respectful towards myself and his role. He knew how to provide excellent service without making us feel pressured into anything, explained everything from start to finish in a simplified manner and made everything easy.
