Do not normally leave reviews. Had bought a car over a year ago, and had good service. I went back few months ago and bought another car for my sister. After two months she had a problem. This was sorted out by sal, he went out of his way, although it was my sister's fault. Thanks A6 moors

Came down from Coventry to look at an Audi A4 Avant had arranged to meet Zak about 12.00 he took us to the car left us to take our time to look around the car for about half an hour then gave us trade plates and told us to give it a good run, in that time he was dealing with 2 other customers but kept popping over to see we were ok. Would recommend this dealership as nothing was a problem even the lads in the office were helpful and yes i bought the car thanks Zak. John & Teresa.

I purchased a Vw golf off A6 Motor Company. All nice and smiley whilst trying to sell you the car but as soon as the cars purchased they don’t want to know. Car had multiple faults (None mentioned) and was told my own fault basically.

So I bought a car from a6 motor company heard a noise when clutch was pressed the day i picked it up - Was told of its normal nothing to worry about (Being naive and a bit to trustworthy I believed them) The noise continued for a period and then suddenly got louder and louder. I contacted the garage and they said to take it to one of their repair partners for diagnosis - I took it there and it was confirmed a new clutch and flywheel was required. I called and explained what was said by the garage - They never actually applied the 3 month Warranty top the vehicle until I called (They never told me this the Warranty company did) I was told i would get a call back in 5 minutes... 1 hour later im still standing at the garage with no call back - i phoned and was told it was being looked into and that I would get a call back over the next couple days when it had been booked in for repair. 3 weeks later numerous phone calls and not one single call back from A6 garage I had to sort the repair out with the Warranty company myself resulting in having to pay £200 myself for the pleasure. A6 are by far the worst garage I have ever had the displeasure of buying a car from. Service is a total disgrace

We received great service from start to finish. They did everything they said they would and more. Communication was second to none. Would definitely recommend A6 Motor Company.

Read and double read all paperwork givrn by A6 Motor Company. It stated Timing belt had been done YES IT WAS in 2010 so due ASAP the rear coil spring is broken ? It needs pads n discs and 4 tyres ??? In 12 weeks ?????
