I bought a convertible from here last month, it arrived Tuesday 13th July and went into the garage the same day as the roof didn't work. After looking at the car the RAC approved garage has informed that it's been involved in an accident - which was not advertised nor does the vehicle have a category. The drivers side front wheel is buckled and the roof no longer works and needs further investigation. AAA Automotive for some reason seems to think they have done nothing wrong and refuses to collect the vehicle and give me a full refund, he expects me to drive an unsafe car 350 miles to drop it back to him which is against the law, the consumer rights act 2015 states that as it was delivered faulty he is responsible for collecting from the same place I took delivery for it, which is my home. The law states I'm entitled to a refund as the car needed repairing within the first 30 days of ownership but again, AAA Automotive does not seem to care about the law or safety of his customers.

Bought 2.0 titanium focus 8 months ago. The car has been a dream and just been serviced and mot with no advisories. Navid is a great bloke and picked me up from the station. Would go back there without delay. Ignore the mud slinging on hear. Neil Doncaster
Terrible, car not fit for purpose and terrible customer service and attitude when you contact them. Would recommend anyone avoids as will end up costing you time, money and lots of stress.

After many months of trying to resolve the issue of a broken engine in the car purchased from AAA Automotive Ltd. It has finally been resolved.
AAA AUTOMOTIVE WERE TRUE TO THERE WORD CAR WAS AS DESCRIBED, GREAT SERVICE AND FINANCE PACKAGES ! WOULD USE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND.
Bought a corsa for my son from AAA Automotive and with in a few weeks we had to replace the *bearings *exhust *timing chain *oil and oil filter *power steering Also rang and rang about a code for the cd player that doesnt work to be told yeah we will sort it but still with out a cd player Just feel very let down as in the last 5 month we have had to repair the car at a cost to us.
