Do not buy car from this dealer! He ignores customer's enquiry and tries not to repair the car even the engine problem occurs during the warranty period. I bought a used Citroen C4 from this dealer on 4th September 2017 with a 3-month warranty for engine and gear box. On Friday morning 27 October, I first called the dealer to report a problem with the car which happened in the previous evening as the engine lamp lit up. He responded promising to book a garage for checking and call me back on that day. On Friday afternoon 27 October, after waiting for half a day but he did not call me back as promised, I called him but he did not pick up the phone and left me with no response. Then in the late evening he texted me “Did you call for car today ?”, ignoring the problem of the car which discussed few hours before. On Monday morning 30 October 2017, I had to call again to see if any progress made, this time he picked up but he said he had not booked the appointment with a garage to check the car. He promised to book for the appointment and call me immediately. Once again, he did not ring back. After I called to ask again, he sent me a message with limit information about the garage, I texted back to ask about the garage address but I did not receive an answer. I have to call the garage myself to sort thing out before I brought the car to the garage and had it checked on the next day, Tuesday 31 October 2017. After checking the car, the mechanic called him to let him know there was a faulty in an engine sensor and what the mechanic needed to fix the car problem. The mechanic told me the dealer agreed to buy a new sensor and would send it to the garage for replacement after few days, then the mechanic would call me to bring the car to his garage to have the sensor replaced. Since then, I have never heard from the mechanics because the dealer has not bought and sent the sensor to the garage. In efforts to have things sorted and the car fixed, I made enquiry calls to the dealer on 6th, 15th, 20th, 27th, 29th November 2017, but what I received was either no responses or just promises to buy the sensor soon in 1 or 2 days within the day called. No progress regarding my enquiry has been made until now as the dealer tried to reject his responsibility to fix the car that he sold even the problem occurred within the warranty period.

Really not good, The started to have issues before I had even made it home. One of the sensors went and there were issues with the bodywork. The dealer said to have the repairs done at a local garage so when I did, he called the garage and started quizzing them about why is cost so much. Really not happy, would not recommend.

When we were notified about the issues with the vehicles we asked for a diagnosis to be carried out however you chose to go ahead and get the repairs done. Had we known the issues we may have been able to have the repairs done at a more reasonable price, we would have both benefited from this. Despite feeling the repairs were too expensive and not agreeing to having the repairs done initially we still agreed to contributing to the repair cost, this was a gesture of good will as we were not obliged to do so. The vehicle no longer belongs to us.
In May I visited AAA Automotive Limited to purchase my Seat Leon. The car has only had one issue which I got sorted my self but the service from the garage was good and the car was good value for money. All in all I would recommend this dealership as I am happy with the car.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra from AAA Automotive back in April and everything has been fine since! The dealership were really helpful and I have had no issues with them or the car! Really nice car and good value for money. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Absolutely appalling customer service no care whatsoever. I would actually give this dealer 0 stars. He is very blunt on the phone and in his replies by email. Bought a BMW touring from AAA Automotive Limited end of January 2016. We were told that the car had been service including spark plug and that he would be valeted before delivery. None of this was done. The car also had a dent that was not mentioned in the advert. The car used to smoke in the morning but seemed to disappeared after driving it for a while. Eventually the problem developed into a bigger one and the engine finally gave up on us beginning of April. This could have been very dangerous as it happened on the motorway. AAA Automotive have so far offered no help to fix the car. We are also having to rely on a hire car at our own expenses. I would avoid at all cost as the dealer misrepresents sales information on adverts.

We are deeply saddened by your opinion of our customer service and your belief we misrepresent information; however we do accept this accusation. The vehicle was described truthfully and honestly before delivery and we gave all the authentic paperwork to you. As for the service, it comes as a shock that you were happy to go through with the sale if the goods and service were, in your opinion, unacceptable. Finally, the car was serviced and all described parts were genuinely repaired and fitted respectively.
I found the car I ended up buying on their website but I was travelling from Scotland and couldn't get down to the dealership for a couple of weeks, I called ahead and the dealer was happy to hold the car for me until then for which I was very grateful. I'm incredibly happy with the car, it was missing its manual but they sent it out a week later in the post.

I thought the sales staff that looked after me when I purchased my car from AAA Automotive were really friendly. I received a great service and everything went smoothly. I am happy with my car and it is around 3 months since.
