I have nothing but praise , from the moment I stepped foot on AB car sales site they treated me so well. Nothing was too much trouble, they were patient with my indecision and didn’t try to force me into a sale until I found the perfect car which was very reasonably priced in comparison to others I had viewed . When I picked up my car they went through everything very thoroughly and the car was presented perfectly . I can’t recommend them enough they are a lovely company to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again. Thank you

I bought a Toyota Aygo from this outfit nearly a month ago and the "issues" on the vehicle keep occurring. I've wasted time in calling them and listening to their waffle, excuses and bull. I was promised a call back by the 'workshop manager" but it never happened??? They sold me the car and their after sales service is no existent. " they say he say" completely unprofessional"their warranty"??? After spending over £5k on the car it's not right and they don't care. Perhaps it's because I'm a mere female? Will take the vehicle to a Toyota garage to resolve these bodges. BUYER BEWARE

We purchased a Jaguar F Pace from AB Cars in October 2022, the car is fabulous and they gave us a very good price on the car we traded in. The F Pace looks like new and both Sam & Alex were very ease to deal with, very professional and nothing was too much trouble. We will definately buy our next car from them.

After reading some reviews, I made the trip to these guys to view a VW polo. The whole team helped me throughout the whole finance side of things, keeping in touch with me and generally being extremely helpful. Reece & John, these guys are legends ! A big thank you to A.B car Sales for a lovely car and most definitely for all the help I received

I bought a BMW X6 one week ago. I did the deal with John over the phone as I am hundreds of miles away and had the car pick up by SSR car carries. John informed me about any marks / scratches /dins. He was totally honest and the car is exactly as John described. Thank you for your honesty John, your are a credit to the trade. Paul.

They put the mileage down by 3K on Autotrader, brakes were not working, 14 months out of MOT and service, 1 month warranty which is illegal. Let us take the car out for a test drive without any MOT and dodgy brakes at 8 months pregnant!!!! Luckily we knew our stuff and when we confronted the salesman he was very aggressive. Please stay away!!!

Exactly the same with us, we bought a car even with a valid MOT the cars braking system was awful. We delivered the car back to them, after numerous letters back and forward they told us to take them to court. We filed a county court action and before it reached court they decided to settle.
we had a very bad experience with this company, which resulted in a County Court Judgement to get our money back, and the Sales person accused me of all sorts of bad behaviour on the review site. Believe me you don’t want the buy a car from this place.

We bought an Hyundai Coupe Siii reg Number EF07WWR it came with a brand new MOT, it seemed okay at first sight. On the way home I noticed a fault with the braking system which AB Car Sales refused to acknowledge. It took a vehicle health check from a Hyundai main dealer and a County Court Action to get our money back.

Highly recommended this garage/dealer I traveled 60 miles today to park ex my old car. They were fantastic over the phone. They even drove my car and the breaks were rubbing! Which I couldn’t hear due to loud music but even that didn’t phase them! Great customer service! Will definitely be coming back 😁
