They put the mileage down by 3K on Autotrader, brakes were not working, 14 months out of MOT and service, 1 month warranty which is illegal. Let us take the car out for a test drive without any MOT and dodgy brakes at 8 months pregnant!!!! Luckily we knew our stuff and when we confronted the salesman he was very aggressive. Please stay away!!!

we had a very bad experience with this company, which resulted in a County Court Judgement to get our money back, and the Sales person accused me of all sorts of bad behaviour on the review site. Believe me you don’t want the buy a car from this place.

Highly recommended this garage/dealer I traveled 60 miles today to park ex my old car. They were fantastic over the phone. They even drove my car and the breaks were rubbing! Which I couldn’t hear due to loud music but even that didn’t phase them! Great customer service! Will definitely be coming back 😁

I have recently bought a Vauxhall astra 1.4 turbo sri. A.B.cars were very professional and friendly. The car is great. I did have a small problem with the brake calliper .I rang them and they were only too happy to sort it out for me. Drove to their workshop and it was fixed within an hour. No fuss or hassle. It's refreshing to deal with a company with excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate buying a car from AB Car Sales again.

AB Car Sales in the most bad company to buy a car. When i came to buy a car the sales team been very nice to me, but after 3 weeks car brakedown, and they should repair thru warranty What they offer, but they refuse to repair, not even try to help with the problem. They dont know even about consumer rights, and not folow the law rules. This is for your advice if you go there to buy a car. Just avoid, there should be least the one star if i can give to them.

Ive bought many cars from here. I have had some minor faults with the vehicles ,but John (sales manager)in fairness has always booked the car into there garage and done his best to sort the problems obviously as a sale based position (probably commission based )I wouldn’t think he or the owner of a independent car sales business would not try there best to sort a problem. WHY WOULD THEY if they sell me a bad car and not help, I would tell my FRIENDS and FAMILY how bad they were, or they could on the other hand Be more than helpful and honest and we, the RETURNING CUSTOMERS, recommend them and purchases MORE CARS .
