It was such a long drive to get to Nottingham to buy our new car from AC13 Premier but as soon as we got there it was perfect from start to finish, Simon was a great help and such a decent guy he genuinely couldn't do enough for us. I purchased a F-pace in fuji white and it is absolutely b e a u t i f u l. No words can explain how happy I am with it, I love driving it and will happily find any excuse to get out and about in it. The showroom is spectacular and the stock is of some quality, a really prestigious place to buy a car. Not that I'll be changing any time soon, but when I am ready I will be coming back to AC13 100%.

As far as car sales go... these are up there as the best. The customer service was outstanding, Simon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he offered some valuable advice and was also available whenever I needed. I purchased a V Class and it is tip top, I have a small air con issue but I've been extremely pleased with how well Simon and co have handled. I will make AC13 my first port of call moving forward and I am actively recommending them to others.

Took my BMW to AC13 to be wrapped and I am totally over the moon with it, they have done a cracking job really pleased. Everybody down there was helpful and friendly I knew my car was in safe hands. #highlyrecommend

After a slightly disappointing collection, I was over the moon with how AC13 rectified. I went to collect my new to me Audi Q5 and there was a fault with the handbrake (and some minor dents I didnt see on the advert). It was a bit of a pain but they worked tirelessly to get the car to the standard I expected and back with me. Since the work was carried out I've been so chuffed with the Audi. Due to the great service at sale and after the sale, I would defo recommend AC13 and I would be more than happy buying here again in the future.

Every single person I met was polite, professional and passionate for what they do and that's a rarity nowadays! I purchased a lovely Mercedes C Class and I genuinely couldn't be any happier with it, I couldn't have found a better car for me, its utter perfection, it has the exact spec, interior and design I wanted. I have known the guys at AC13 for a few years now, I can honestly say you won't find a better garage to look after you and your cars. When upgrading came around, these were the first call, and the last call... to be honest actually these are the only choice for me. I purchased a fantastic Porsche 911 and the car is unbelievable, its such a nice motor to drive and very easy on the eye. Everything went as I hoped it would and a very stress free purchase. After a lengthy search for a new car, I finally came across AC13 Premier in Nottingham... I am so glad I did! I found a stunning Range Rover SVR and I instantly fell in love, it was everything I had been looking for. The advert read very well and the price was according. I contacted and arranged to see the car and I was totally over the moon with it. The guys looked after me extremely well, and were really nice people, it must have been the easiest experience of my life, everything was taken care of leaving very little for me to do. The car is by far THE best car I've ever owned, I find any excuse to get out and about in it, its perfect to drive. It took some time to get used to, but now I've figured everything out I'm chuffed.
