I travelled from Liverpool to Ace Cars to pick up a Nissan Qashqai. So far, I have been enjoying it. I have only done short journeys, but it seems to be running perfectly. I had a Nissan Juke in the past, so I know Nissans to be reliable cars. Ace Cars were helpful throughout my purchase, and I’d definitely go back in the future if I was looking for another vehicle.

It was a super quick process, and we took the car home the same day. It had been valeted and was all prepared for us. My wife seems to really be enjoying it. Can’t fault it

I have had a Range Rover in the past and decided to go for a Range Rover Velar. I must say it is miles better than the Range Rover I had years ago—no problems at all. It drives great, so hopefully it continues to perform well. The experience at Ace Cars Ltd was bang-on with a great team. There was an issue with my two back tyres, but no fault of Ace Cars, as the guys who did the MOT should have reported it to them. However, the staff replaced them for me with no drama and got it sorted quickly, and for that, I am thankful

I travelled around 45 minutes to Ace Cars Ltd to view a BMW 1 Series I had seen online. I was happy with the car when I saw it in person. I had some issues since getting the car, but these were sorted quickly through my warranty, and I’ve had no further issues since. The service I received from the guys at the dealership was good. The dealership was welcoming, the staff were friendly, and there were many options of cars to choose from at the actual dealership.

First time purchasing a BMW, and I am finding it a nice drive with no problems at all. My experience with Ace Cars Ltd was seamless, with a quick turnaround that surprised me. I actually took the car with me the same day after completing the paperwork. The car had been valeted and prepared for me, no problems at all.

I am happy with my car and haven't had any issues, apart from needing a tire replaced, which was a bit annoying. I also felt the aftersales team could be improved with better communication and being more proactive. However, purchasing the car was fine; the guy I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The warranty team was also helpful, going above and beyond to assist. Overall, I would still classify it as a good experience, with some room for improvement.

Better than any other experience I have ever had! The lads were great and made sure to keep in good contact with me. I would definitely go back to these guys.

Lovely and smooth, just what I need for the time being. I am a fisherwoman so I will be looking for something larger soon, however this is perfect for the time being. Easy on fuel and exactly what I need for now. To be truthful, the gentlemen here are all very nice, helpful and polite.
