Getting on very well with the Ford, no problems, I'm happy with it. I have a mechanic friend who checked the dealer out & came with me to see the car. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere without his guidance. We checked out the Ace Cars, the car and its history. I didn’t do a lot as it's not my field of expertise, but they were very friendly and the process was stress free, overall I had a great experience.

We were looking for a Seat Alhambra, Ace Cars had the car we were looking for and was one of the reasonably priced cars on the market. On the day I found everyone I spoke to be fairly helpful, easy to deal with and very informative. There's no reason I didn’t give a higher rating it’s just I think five stars is too exceptional.

The cars sound, everything's great. I went down with my son on the day as he needed a new car. The guy who dealt with us was a good guy, a really nice guy!

Happy with the car, I wanted something bigger and found what I was after online. The lad who dealt with us was easy to talk to and listened to what I wanted. He tried to low ball me on the trade in but ended up with what I wanted. I found it an easy walk in walk out process not a pushy sales thing. Ace Cars had the car out ready for me to test drive and within an hour I was driving away, it was easy!

This is our first car and I’m definitely happy with the car I got. I did a little research on the Ace Cars and realised they look good. On the day I got the car the experience was great there was no hassle, the transaction was smooth with no issues and my experience was superb.

I needed a car asap and saw the Qashqai online. The advert was very good, lovely photos of the car, looks very posh. As I live miles away I asked for a walk around video, they went all around the car opening the doors showing me everything and they delivered the car. The car was previously registered as a disabled driver so I needed to change it over and I think the previous owners may have smoked as the car smells of smoke but ill try get it out. I’ve had a small issue with the battery so got it checked with Halfords who said its fine now. The aircon was also affected which is apparently common when the battery disconnects but these issues have now corrected themselves. Overall I do really like the Qashqai its much smoother than my old car, its lovely.

The Volvo is good. I decided to change one tyre since having it, but I wanted a specific model, colour and mileage so had a look around and found the one I wanted at Ace Cars. Four stars only because I think communication could have been better, I was nearly charged a fee for something that wasn’t anything to do with me, but other than that nothing bad and I’m happy with the car.

My other car was an old Nissan that was coming to end if its life so wanted something newer. We were just looking around for a specific model of Jaguar on Autotrader and Ace Cars had one available. The only thing stopping me giving five stars was we noticed a small crack on the windscreen the next day, but I live a fairway from them so didn't go back. I can’t remember the name of the sales person but everything was very smooth and very friendly, I would recommend them to family and friends.

Not doing too bad with the car, it needed a little work but nothing major which I managed to sort out myself. They had the car I wanted after looking around on Autotrader so I went for it. Only gripe I have is the emblems on the bonnet & boot had some letters missing. On a car like a Range Rover Sport I thought that would be made right on collection. When I raised it with the dealership they said the photos show the letters were missing, but I don't think it would have costs a lot to sort out, unfortunately this hasn't been rectified.

5 - friendly salesman, not at all pushy - left to make our own decision without any of the usual sales patter.
