I bought a low-budget car from Ace Motor Vehicles. At the price I paid, I'm used to paying cash for 'as seen'. I test drove the car, liked it, bought it But, it was a warm day, I never thought to test the heater. When I drove the car on a cold night a few days later, I found the heater didn't work. Ace Motors gave me a warranty with the car - a new experience for me! I rang them. Instantly, with no quibble, they arranged to have the heater fixed, at no cost to me. I'm delighted with the result. I would definitely return should I need another car in future.

Ace Motor Vehicles came highly recommended both from a personal friend and the AA and I had been watching the site for a good few months and reading reviews , Having decided to ignore the VERY small amount of negative reviews and take more notice of the many positive reviews I drove down to take a look for myself my current vehicle having seen better days , I had my eye on a Citroen C3 Picasso HDi Exclusive that I had seen on the website , The car was certainly as described on the advertisement and there was only the slightest issue with a rear number plate tail light which was immediately attended to and fixed , I found Gary to be most affable and a very likeable guy , he was very polite and helpful and he gave me no reason to doubt his service whatsoever , as for his wife Tracey she was also a delightful person who kindly took care of all the paperwork on the old and new vehicle , I found buying a car of Gary and Tracey a good experience and will have no hesitation at all returning to purchase another vehicle from them , I would also have no issue recommending them to friends , I have only had the car 3 days and so far could not be more satisfied with the vehicle but unlike many people I do not expect a Rolls Royce for Reliant Robin money ..............

Gary and his son Joseph provided great customer service and were very satisfied with the car. We've had a few niggles but that's to be expected with a 14 year old vehicle. I can't fault Ace Motor Vehicles and have no qualms whatsoever. Top Marks!

My son's a baker so he's always on the road of an early morning. When his Citroen C1 died he needed a replacement pretty quick as he gets about a fair bit, so we start looking online. Ace Motor Vehicles had a C1 advertised. The people were absolutely lovely when we made our enquiry so we decided to pop down and see them. We spotted an immaculate Vauxhall Corsa and cut a long story short, it's been a great little runner ever since. The whole process was nice and simple and everyone we dealt with as kind and accommodating. A great experience we’d gladly repeat!
