Ace Motor Vehicles came highly recommended both from a personal friend and the AA and I had been watching the site for a good few months and reading reviews , Having decided to ignore the VERY small amount of negative reviews and take more notice of the many positive reviews I drove down to take a look for myself my current vehicle having seen better days , I had my eye on a Citroen C3 Picasso HDi Exclusive that I had seen on the website , The car was certainly as described on the advertisement and there was only the slightest issue with a rear number plate tail light which was immediately attended to and fixed , I found Gary to be most affable and a very likeable guy , he was very polite and helpful and he gave me no reason to doubt his service whatsoever , as for his wife Tracey she was also a delightful person who kindly took care of all the paperwork on the old and new vehicle , I found buying a car of Gary and Tracey a good experience and will have no hesitation at all returning to purchase another vehicle from them , I would also have no issue recommending them to friends , I have only had the car 3 days and so far could not be more satisfied with the vehicle but unlike many people I do not expect a Rolls Royce for Reliant Robin money ..............

Gary and his son Joseph provided great customer service and were very satisfied with the car. We've had a few niggles but that's to be expected with a 14 year old vehicle. I can't fault Ace Motor Vehicles and have no qualms whatsoever. Top Marks!

My son's a baker so he's always on the road of an early morning. When his Citroen C1 died he needed a replacement pretty quick as he gets about a fair bit, so we start looking online. Ace Motor Vehicles had a C1 advertised. The people were absolutely lovely when we made our enquiry so we decided to pop down and see them. We spotted an immaculate Vauxhall Corsa and cut a long story short, it's been a great little runner ever since. The whole process was nice and simple and everyone we dealt with as kind and accommodating. A great experience we’d gladly repeat!

Bought car 10th Feb even after highlighting a problem with clutch, but hey different car you'll get used to it I was told! Loved the car so went with my heart and not my head. 15th Feb i had to use my breakdown service to recover car as it turned out the clutch master cylinder had gone and the free breakdown offered from ace motors doesn't cover home recovery or a distance over 8 miles which the garage i was told to take it to for the warranty was. It was sorted after few days thanks to ace motors but wasn't pleased about them asking me to split the cost. (I refused!) Car ran ok until 23rd Feb, needed jump and recovery again for totally dead battery which I previously mentioned to ace motors was warning ⚠️ lights on dashboard were on to be told battery been on charge and in time it will dissappear. It didn't new battery finally sorted thanks! Now we're on to 23rd June car needs recovering turns out the rear wishbone has snapped. Took to my garage paid £200 told car has massive corrosion problems and should have been flagged in mot!!! No ace motors gave no advisories period! Looked back online mot and corrosion is blatantly mentioned 😡 wish I'd checked, but you put faith in people, my mistake My garage told me to get rid of car ASAP its rotten!!! Had car 5 months! Feel ripped! Please anyone purchasing a car here take a mechanic or drive it to a trusted garage for a once over.

I drove from south Wales to get my Antara from Ace motors. Tracey will go out of her way to ensure after sales is a cut above! Gave me a very fair price for my part ex. Couldn’t be happier.
