Car was exactly as described in the add and in very good condition for its age. I was left to look at the car with no pressure from any salesmen which was good. All round very helpful.
Like all things in life its a gamble when buying a second hand car and things can go wrong within hours/days/ or months after purchase. I note comment above. I have just bought a lovely car and hope all is well with it. I had good service, and feel if any faults do arise as can do, one has to be realistic these days, if major they would sort for me, small 'my problem'. It can just be the luck of the draw when buying second hand. At this stage am happy to recommend them, a small company with the personal touch one misses in big one. I wish them well and hope to keep enjoying my new TOY X
Brought a Ford Ka, I had it delivered free of charge. Drivers are polite and friendly. Brilliant company, friendly and helpful.
Excellent service. Purchased vehicle competitively priced and exactly as described. Competitive part ex valuation for my old car, and honest and fair negotiation process. They knew I had travelled a long way to see the car and didn't mess me around or try to take advantage. Excellent service and highly recommend this dealer.
Fantastic service from this small garage in Birmingham the guys were so helpful from beginning to end, the car I brought was exactly as described and even better than I imagined. WOW, this little dealership has the best service I have experienced from any car dealership over the years. No pressure at all. When I first turned up, I was handed the key for the BMW and advised to check it out for however long as I need, take it for a drive and just give them a shout if I have any questions or want to do a deal, then just left to it. I took a long drive in the car down the nearby dual carriageway, even plugged my computer in to check for any faults (which they never had a problem with me doing). Although the car was not the best available on the market and I did not do a deal on the day, I did come back some days later and made the purchase solely because of the non pressure, honest, friendly attitude of this dealership. 3 months on and not a single issue with the car and just this morning I received a spare key in the post (was sold with just 1 key). Highly recommended Ace Vehicle Sales, you wont find another dealer so laid back and confident in the cars they sell.
I would never buy off Ace Vehicle Sales ever again. They are the most unhelpful garage. Sold me a car that has cost me way to much money and they cant even be bothered to answer my calls .DO NOT BUY from them.

Contrary to my earlier review I totally agree with your comments. The engine in my BMW 530d suffered a catastrophic failure within two months and in less than 3000 miles. The helpful Olu became not so helpful and refused point blank to fix or to contribute stating the car was sold with a warranty....... Claim value £250 minus excess of 10%. Total fix cost £3500. Seeked legal advice and I have a case and is being dealt with on my behalf. I have also informed my credit card co and they agree with the evidence I provided that Ace are in the wrong and are also taking action. If you think you have a case, seek legal help. Your car ins may cover it and it costs nothing to enquire.

You have not stated that pior to you contacting us about your engine failure. You had taken the car to your garage and the engine had been striped open to bare block. You had also said you had work done on the car before the failure. You also have not mentioned that we paid to recover the car from your garage to a independent garage to confirm if this was a fault on the vehicle before purchase. You said a memeber of staff that was once helpful was not help full again but you have failed to mention the fact that you shouted over the phone that you are a police officer and you would use your position and contact to shut us down these are recorded calls which you later said you were fustrated, which is not our fault. Despite your thereats we still tried to resolve the issue. You and your garage claim because the air filter had never been changed so debris from it went into the engine and cause the faliure. After checking the vehicle we found out that this was not the case and also a dirty airfilter cant blow up a engine in a manner this was done air filter are made from paper and what blew the engine was metal particles and it was a one owner car with full bmw dealer Nottingham service history throughout its life and they also confirmed this and we paid to have the car delivered back to your garage on your request. At this point verdit will be decided at the courts like you mentioned. The vehicle was perfect before you bought it and drove for 3k miles and over 2 months a engine that was about to blow wont do even a 100miles and you wont and bought it and we wouldnt have tried selling such. We arent in business to rip any one off and we wont have bothered to resolve this matter if we had negative intentions.
