Do not buy any car from this company!!!!! unfortunately left log book without taking relevant details required to inform DVLA of the transaction. Salesman/ owner assured me that he would email the details through to the DVLA , I bought car on 10.09.20 It is now 25.02.21 and nothing has been done still I don’t have my V5C!!! I called the dealer two times with a question why he had not informed the DVLA, today he start to shouting to me and saying I didn’t respect him. DVLA said they didn’t receive any information from the garage Car was also in very bad condition! BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE !!
I was talked into applying for finance on a vehicle on a fully refundable basis. Since applying and paying a deposit of £99 before hand (which I was told was mandatory) I had been given the news that I lost one of my main contracts of work due to the COVID pandemic. So I decided that this car was out of my budget, not to mention really far away from me - in Cornwall. When I asked for a refund, I was met with verbal abuse and told that amongst other things: “it was an insignificant amount of money that wouldn’t change anyone’s life” I followed the legal protocol in an attempt to get Aces auto mall to return the money to me. He responded by saying that I should take legal action - see photo attached. Since then he has ignored all correspondence and court requests for payment and this only leave the option of going to court to recover my money. So this is the next step, normally I’d probably let this go but after the way he spoke to me on the phone and flat out refused to give my money back this is a matter of principle.

Bought a car in June 2020 that had apparently been through an RAC check but I was never provided with evidence that this had taken place, despite requesting the paperwork many times. Multiple faults with the car (headlight not working, no break lights, safety warning light, oil leak etc). All but one was resolved eventually but only because of our perseverance.

I brought a car from here and I am so happy with it. I needed a bigger car for my growing family and the car I got from aces is perfect. The staff where so friendly and made buy a car simple and straightforward. I highly recommend the dealer.

Do not use this company. false promises and lies. Highly unprofessional. Do not give this dealership your money. Plenty of outstanding court cases and plenty they have lost.

They do not sell quality cars, very pushy and rude. Will turn nasty if you so much mention a fault with the car
Bought a car 2 months ago, supposedly had an 82 point RAC check before we bought it. Just taken it for MOT and got a £500 bill for both sides front suspension needing to be replaced and also a spring on the back. There is absolutely no way this car passed an RAC check within the last 6 months. The garage are videoing the evidence to assist us in court,
