Landstrade and ACM. TERRIBLE company. SCAMMERS. We bought a car and within a month it was broken. Contacted the company who tried to say we had to speak to the supplier not them, even though they sold us the car. Said because we were out of warranty by two weeks (6 weeks since purchase) they would do NOTHING. Issues: brakes, entire base fell off while driving, oil leak they claimed they’d resolved, broken aircon, starter motor, glow plugs gone, turbo gone, black exhaust smoke, faulty dashboard so we had no idea the engine light was on, faulty passenger window. This is an old car, 2006, but it is NOT road safe, not as described, not fit for purpose and the company are refusing not only to help but to respond. They just repeatedly say they will check with admin then ditch. Even companies associated in the same location say they are scam artists. AVOID THESE CARS AT ALL COSTS

Was sold a car unbeknown to us with worn disc brakes , buckled wheel and damaged wheel mechanisms from a previous impact that was not pointed out to us at time of sale. Full service stamp but no service details . New MOT with worn rear brakes, seriously - dangerous and illegal . Warranty is not worth the paper it’s printed on . All this is charged within price of car . GEORGE lies so much he even Forgets what he told you beforehand. Not to be trusted. This person has no conscience, no morals and is only interested in taking your money from my experience and honest opinion . He doesn’t care that he’s sold you a potentially dangerous car knowing you will be taking young children 👧 around in it to and from school and places . Nothing tallies up on their paperwork either . The more you investigate the more you realise how dodgy this set up is . Meanwhile after giving them almost £8,000 we are a further £1, 500.00 thereabouts out of pocket including loss of use of car after all necessary repairs by a reputable garage to put the car right in a safe roadworthy condition - reports and invoices submitted to George and all he did was twist it with his corrupt lies in order to evade his legal obligations and get out of paying any money apart from a small amount of £48.00 which they took off us by force as an admin fee at the pint of sale in order to take the car in the first place . I wish we had refused the admin fee and left the car there at affordable cars Bedford ( both these companies are in it together)as that would of saved us a lot of money heartache and trouble . YOU HAVE BEEN LEGITIMATELY WARNED - PLEASE CLEAR . DONT GET DEALT A DODGY DEAL LIKE WE DID ! !! Meanwhile, legal action in the process . I have proof of everything I have written so we shall see what a court of law and the Inland Revenue will make if all this !
