I bought a car from Actons Motor company in May. The people were nice and friendly however there were a number of issues with the car. The wrong wiper blade had been fitted causing some damage to the paintwork when used and the cruise control didn't function at all. The main issue however was with the clutch, where it would constantly fail. I took it back to Actons as it was still under warranty and they sent it to their garage. I was told the mechanics couldn't find anything wrong and that sometimes "cars just cough." Dissatisfied with this answer, I took it to a garage of my choice and found out the whole clutch needed replacing. Actons did not pay for this. They also accused me of damaging the clutch by removing the driver's side mat, even though they sold it to me without a driver's side mat. Am happy with the car now it's fixed, and the people were nice, but get the impression they don't really know a lot about cars so be cautious.

You were so helpful and totally honest about the cars that we had arranged to view. Nothing was too much bother. We have never met such any second hand car dealers with such an excellent attitude towards their clients. I really can't recommend Actons Motors highly enough. They are a million miles away from the cliche of the stereotyped second hand car dealer. They are genuinely nice, honest people who go out of their way to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the car you buy from them. They genuinely can't do enough for you. My experience with them was wholly positive and I'd give them 110%.

We purchased a used Vauxhall Meriva about two weeks ago and found the service provided by Aaron and Steve Acton to be excellent They were not pushy in any way whatsoever, but were on hand if you needed advice about the cars that were available for sale. We were left to look at two vehicles we had in mind and were left in peace to look over the cars at our leisure. The cars were as described on their website and any very minor scratches or scuffs were pointed out by them when we were looking. This is the first time we have made a purchase from this company and I would have no hesitation to recommend them to friends or family.

I bought a Ford Focus from actons about a week and a half ago, car was great and just as advertised. Unfortunately on a weekend away to Norfolk the car started to have trouble getting fuel through. I rang actons and they said bring car in and they would take care of me, which I did, to my astonishment they we're true to their word. A rare quality today a honest car dealer. They ended up putting a new fuel pump, filter and new cat on all at not a penny expense to myself. These are true gents and will have my business always from now on. I can't stress enough how great they are nothing is to much trouble to keep customers happy. A very rare breed, a honest car dealer now days, but can't thank actons enough. Top guys top cars and the best after sales service I've experienced.
