Very disappointed my father in law brought the car from adamsons garage, which I believe was well over the price. When it got to us it had multiple problems turbo problems it showed previously on old paperwork given with the car. plus 2 different garages we have been to has said the same, wheel bearings starting to go on one wheel, broken headlight, only one speaker working. When I tried phoning there was never the right person to talk to, only when. Said I was recording the phone call I finely got through to them, they kept saying there was family illness. When I got threw they sounded extremely helpful, I ended up driving 7 hours and took a week of work to get there and stay while being repaired. they said they would have the car 2 days. They ended up having it three and a half days, the car seemed to have more power but not long lived, when I asked what had been done the only thing I heard was they didn't know but it had been updated.i asked for written list of what's been done and not received anything, plus they said a few times that they would phone back and never did. I vidioed the whole conversation. I drove past the garage a few times and never seen the car leave the street they parked it on. Even though the car is still under warranty, would never go back there for repairs and am having to get the turbo fixed at my local garage. Would not recommend buying or having your car repaired from this garage. If there is any trading standards people on here, you are welcome to come look at the car and watch the video and recorded phone calls

Booked via Facebook messenger for an MOT. This was confirmed & I was told when to drop my car off. I did this. The MOT then wasn’t done, as they ‘don’t check their Facebook and didn’t know I was booked in’- perhaps this should be looked into considering somebody replied to confirm my booking. Anyways, my car is now not road-worthy & I’m incurring extra charges to commute to work via the bus. Adamson’s were apologetic but basically blamed me for using a booking system they support via their Facebook platform. Odd.

Since arriving in Deal from London in June this year my old beloved Volkswagen has had some problems. David and the team not only understood the sentimental value the car has to me but went the extra mile to contain costs and keep me on the road. I’m very grateful. Andtew

When Adamsons are buying quality used car from you quick to collect but getting payment is a different matter! Took 6 days! and persistent phone calls always fobbed off.
Spent over 10k with Adamsons Skoda and had nothing but problems with the dealer over a fault that developed with the vehicle Took multiple phone call's and emails and ended up calling Suzuki customer services when ended up sorting the dealer out . Dave prince is a waste of space all talk no action his policy is I've got your money now go away. Would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.
The sales manager David Prince is very up himself and very rude towards customers and staff. When I had my car serviced it took all day despite my car being booked in and dropped off at 9:00am and the lady working on the reception desk did not know what she was talking about. Very disappointing. Would not recommend Adamsons Skoda.
