I wish to put a formal complaint against your customer service team member named cheryl/Sheryl. I spoke to her today between 1300-1400 hours. Below is the detail of how the events transpired... My car was due to be repaired by your garage advantage valley, I was referred by Axa Insurance. Now firstly, I was given the date of 30sep for repairs and then I was told a week before 30th sept that you guys can't get the parts. Now I have been waiting patiently since 12th july when I put the claim with my insurance. Now, I understand that you guys can't get the part it is not your fault. So I called dacia, the manufacturers Lady at Dacia said if I could get the details of the dealer where Advantage valley has ordered the parts from, she can try to speed up the process. So I call today and your staff Cheryl Picks up the phone. We started off OK and then convo get slightly heated, she was rude and I was annoyed. Reason was that She kept on repeating the same thing and I mentioned to her multiple times that 'I understand you are repeating the same information But she would keep on saying I am not letting her talk But if you keep on patronizing me by repeating the same information and treat me like a child, I am bound to get annoyed. I even told her that 'you are treating me as a child' Your team says they will call me back but no one calls back, even last week someone was supposed to call me back and that lady promised to call me back but again no calls back. Then I asked cheryl that I need the name of the dealer you guys have ordered the part from so dacia can speed up the process and also I could know where do I stand because you guys never given me any certain information on the repairs of the car. But according to Cheryl you don't give that information But what I don't understand is I have a right to know that Information under the freedom of information act, you guys can give me that information later but It cannot be denied to me. As per cheryl I cannot be given this information and she was not willing to listen to anything at all, including my legal right for the information. I even asked to speak to a manager but she would not do that either instead she decided to tell me I am not listening to her and hung up on me. And she also Said I came via insurance to you guys in an implied manner that I was some cheapskate or you guys are doing me some sort of Favour by agreeing with Axa to repair my car. Then she puts the phone down on me saying I was rude, and I am not listening to her But I was the one denied of the info, I was the one being patronized by getting the repeat info again and again despite of me saying again and again that 'Cheryl you are repeating same thing to me and I understand' I was the one given bad customer service and I was the one suffering due to unrepaired car and I was the one who is waiting to get info from you guys but no one gets back and Also when I said I want to speak to a manager and I was denied that right as well. Also, I was supposed to get courtesy car on the 30th but your guy Andy turns up without the courtesy car and I clearly discussed getting courtesy car when I agreed to repairs but according to cheryl I was not supposed to get courtesy car because insurance guys said 'My car is working I cant have courtesy car which is a blatant lie because none of this was actually said by insurance or yourself when I first agreed for repairs and Julie even agreed that I was supposed to get courtesy car on the 30th sep. So I have really had a bad experience with you guys and I told Axa insurance this and withdrew my claim from yourself. But after reading this complaint I hope you will at least have a word with your staff about their behavior as she was the one who agitated and patronized me and she was the one not willing to help at all.
Advantage Valley is the worse company ever. Terrible repairs after market parts avoid at all costs

I am going to keep this review for advantage valley ltd in Bristol short and sweet. The were very helpful and friendly, overall good which is why I would recommend them. No problems for them to resolve because their hasnt been any
