I'd give Advantage Cars a 5,what influence that took me to that is the fact that between Mark, Andy and the rest of the team couldn't do enough for me, especially at the time of year.
They made sure I was aware of all that was going on to get my vehicle to me as soon as possible.
I'm very pleased with my new car, and the service I received. If it was 1 to 10 they'd get a 10 from me.

They was very welcoming and friendly when I came to view the vehicle with my daughter and she made their day dancing in the car before I'd even test drove it! She was so eager to get in the car she took the keys straight out the guys hand! When I came to collect the car a few days later, they were very friendly, and helpful. They sorted my log book and tax for me to save me physically doing it. Would definitely recommend to friends or family :) will be looking to these guys if I ever get a new car! They gave me my dream make car - Audi Q2! One I never thought I’d get.

Since the purchase, I have had a few issues with the car, but the way the dealership has handled it has been good, and they have booked me in and are working with me to resolve them. In regard to the purchase of the car, the customer service from the sales team was all good. So even though I have had some issues, which is not ideal, I would still give them 4 stars for how they have been before and after the purchase.
