5, My car was delivered to my door within the week beautifully presented and Norbert was fantastic keeping me updated

We had issues with a sour smell on purchase - this was resolved quickly with a full valet We had an oil leak which was investigated and a new clutch fitted quickly under the 3 month guarantee. Thanks

Everything has been fine with the vehicle, I am really enjoying driving it and it is definitely and upgrade from my last car haha! The only thing I did notice and I noticed it as I left the dealership is that one of the front beams doesn't work but it isn't too much of a major issue that I am worried about. Other than that everything else is fine. I dealt with Norbert his service was absolutely perfect. He picked up the phone when I called. any questions I had he answered, as it is the first time I was buying a car for myself at times I did feel like the questions I was asking were a bit silly but he made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.

Vehicle been all good so far, I use it just to get to and from work and bits of commuting and it seems to do the Job. I found it to be a very quick turnaround with the dealership, viewed it on the sunday and then picked it up on the tuesday, it had a fresh MOT and service which gave me peace of mind that everything is okay, I would rate my experience a 5 out of 5 didn't have any problems.

Spot on customer service, went to the dealership we my daughter to get a car for her, when we were driving away we realised that the passenger side mirror wasn't working. I called up as soon as we got home and they said they were aware and thought they had fixed the issue. They ordered a part and it is going back in today to get fixed, they have been really helpful and transparent throughout the whole process, I really couldn't knock their level of service, especially Harley who has been helping us mainly.

We've had no problems at all, Andy helped us, he provided great customer service, honestly no complaints, everything was done to a high standard.

I would rate Advantage vehicles a 5 because when I arrived the car was exactly as it was described online, the staff were very helpful at sorting out and going through the paperwork with me. I also found them to be friendly throughout the sale and I've not had any issues whatsoever so I think a 5 star is deserving.

3 as car had mould in the back of passenger seat of front and over rear seatbelt

5/5 - I will say that the car salesman allowed me an my family time and space to look at the cars without any pressure. I believe that influenced my decision to buy the car. Aswell as the quality of the cars and that the place was well looked after.
