I've bought a car with a warranty, Mark, who is the director of this company promised to fix this car. This car has broken down in 1 month and they have done NOTHING, Just promises. They do not answer over the phone. Their warranty is nothing. Keep away from this company.

I would not buy a car from this dealership in porthill bank. Very friendly to start with then sale agreed and you are ignored for days, told you will be called back and nothing. Phone calls ignored. Told he doesnt have a crystal ball???!? Dont rush things. Nothing to rush if you talk to customers and explain situations dont just ignore them and lie about phones playing up etc. Awful i would not recommend sorry. Nice cars for sale but worst car sales experience ive had and ive bought 30+ cars.

Purchased a vehicle in March with six months warranty. The turbo hose went 4 weeks later snd mark agreed to reimburse me the gist which was approx £240 . He then went on to avoid dull letters , emails , texts , phone calls. I’ve sent the invoice many times. This guy is what I would describe as an old type Arthur Daley con man. AVOID THIS COWBOY. .
