Excellent friendly service at Affordable Cars York. I had spent nearly three weeks searching for a new Audi and had spent days traveling from showroom to showroom only to be dissatisfied by other sales staff who were only interested in their own commission. I finally found a dealership called affordable cars upon ringing the dealer about an Audi A1 they had I was pleasantly surprised. The salesman informed me that he would bring the price of the car down by almost two thousand pounds and also give me the full trade in price on my old car. I went ahead with the deal. I traveled from Newcastle to the dealership in York where I was met bye the sales staff who were very friendly and helpful they made sure my needs were catered for every step of the way.

When I wrote my first review and It was not put on the website I had a phone call from Paul dhesi the owner of affordable cars york telling me he was sitting with his solicitor and wanting to no if I was lying about his sales manager using bad language at me when I said he had he said that he had cctv that proved he hadn't and he was taking me to court to which I said do it. Then he said I was a to bit millionaire that should of went to a Audi dealer instead of going to his company and buying a second hand one and he wouldn't of dreamed if he was me ring and complaining about the wheels getting water behind lacker on alloy wheels after speaking a bit more he offer to pay £30 a wheel if I took it back to york left it with him for 3 days he would get me a courtesy car but this would of cost me a day of work unpaid to take it down plus fuel then fuel in courtesy car the another day off unpaid to pick my car up all of this shouldn't cost me a penny as his smart fixer had damaged the wheels on putting another solution to him he has took the offer of me saying the wheels are wear and tear. Hope people get a chance to read this just so you no what you are dealing with 🤠🤠🤠 ps in order to put this review on I HAVE to put a star.

Think twice from buying a car from here I got a Mercedes c class car was not washed when i picked it up when i got home noticed car had filler on rear quarter and a really bad repair I took it two a approved body shop who confirmed a very bad repair had been done when I went back to affordable cars I was meet with anger. im not the first person this has happened to I have read about 8 other reviews who have gone through same thing they have offered to repair my car but the trust has gone and I will not let these touch my car again can't wait to see their reply no doubt they will turn it round on me like all the other bad reviews they have had

Just purchased a lovely bmw through affordable cars in York and Patrick. He explained every minor scratch and defect to me over the phone prior to my 200+ mile trip so I wasn’t wasting my time which I found honest and refreshing. All was as noted upon arrival and the scratches etc weren’t as bad as first thought anyway! Very professional and upfront no hassle or big sell can’t fault the dealership or Patrick himself. Very pleased overall thanks chaps!

We bought our car from this garage and have to say we are impressed with the set up. It’s not a pushy sales approach, more to help you with the car you want. Patrick was our salesman, he was lovely, very professional, efficient with the admin and easy to deal with. Will no doubt return for our next car.

A⭐️ Sellers Excellent from first call to completion, Ryan was very friendly, very helpful, not pushy in any way. answered any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone and if and when we decide to change cars these will be the first port of call,,

Disgusting service at Affordable Cars York, rude staff if could rate a zero I would, went to see 2 cars they had neither of which started, obviously been stood a while which I can except but then the supposed sales person Sat's oh it needs a battery pack on it and then just walks off, think he was off to get the starter but no!!! waited a few minutes then had to get someone else, I can understand some of the bad reviews now, really bad service, was going to buy both but if that's what they are now what would they be like for after sales service. You've missed out on a 2 car sales.

They were brilliant especially tom. I recommend.
