I recently visited the A64 branch of this car dealer to have a look round,having passed many times.I was met at the showroom entrance by Patrick one of the sales team,he told me to feel free to have a look round and that all the cars were open i had a steady look round expecting some salesman to be close by but i was left alone to brouse no hassle,after i had looked round i asked patrick for two sets of keys to view the cars.again no hassle having viewed two cars i was offered to test drive both if require but had already decided which one i prefered.the deal with patrick was very cordial and profesional and i came out buying a car having just called in for a brouse,Many thanks Patrick will see you next year when my other car needs changing.

This is a twofold review. I first went with my daughter to do a part-ex on a larger car for her and was impressed by the sensible advise given by the rep Max, he was not pushy but very helpful. We went away satisfied customers. I had been thinking of changing my own car, so the next day I did a quick look on Affordable Cars website and I saw a similar car to my daughters new one - quick 'phone call to Max, visit, and I too came away with a newer car. Both cars were spotless and we have breakdown cover included should anything go wrong. Highly recommend this company.

Saw the Juke on-line and made an internet enquiry on Wednesday evening, got a phone call from Patrick on Thursday, did a test drive on Friday, drove away on Saturday. A very simple, straightforward process. Patrick was extremely helpful, with no pressure to buy, infact the input and knowledge from the other sales staff was very useful for me to make my decision to buy.

This is a review of the business, not the car I purchased. Initially I went to Bilbrough to see the car but found it had just been moved to Crockey Hill. Trust the website is more accurate now. Bilbrough is their 4x4 centre now. Not pushy with sales and the cars seem an honest mix of ex-lease cars and trade-ins. Dean happy for me to take car on decent test drive and I was able to spend as long as I liked perusing the selection. Received fair price for my old car. Upon picking up my purchase it was nicely prepared and the transaction and taxing of the car was straightforward. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I recommend Dean to deal with.
