Straight forward, no pressure service at Affordable Cars York.

On arrival I was greeted by Joel who was very pleasant & helpful. He got all the information that I required and was very honest about the vehicle I was interested in. On purchasing the car everything went smoothly and I even received a complementary bottle vino. Nice touch Affordable Cars York.

I recently visited the A64 branch of this car dealer to have a look round,having passed many times.I was met at the showroom entrance by Patrick one of the sales team,he told me to feel free to have a look round and that all the cars were open i had a steady look round expecting some salesman to be close by but i was left alone to brouse no hassle,after i had looked round i asked patrick for two sets of keys to view the cars.again no hassle having viewed two cars i was offered to test drive both if require but had already decided which one i prefered.the deal with patrick was very cordial and profesional and i came out buying a car having just called in for a brouse,Many thanks Patrick will see you next year when my other car needs changing.

This is a twofold review. I first went with my daughter to do a part-ex on a larger car for her and was impressed by the sensible advise given by the rep Max, he was not pushy but very helpful. We went away satisfied customers. I had been thinking of changing my own car, so the next day I did a quick look on Affordable Cars website and I saw a similar car to my daughters new one - quick 'phone call to Max, visit, and I too came away with a newer car. Both cars were spotless and we have breakdown cover included should anything go wrong. Highly recommend this company.
